Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ninh Xuân

There is a picture of a man called Do Anh but we always delt with a lady, we assume his wife, sorry we do not know her name so apologies refering to her as 'She'. The place is like Hansel and Gretel Land, there are little bungalows and a pool surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, it is so pretty. There is a nice breakfast area, where you can chat with other guests, this was great for us as were travelling North to South and met a couple who were going South to North so we picked their brains and actually ended up changing our route slightly based on their experience. She could not have been nicer or more helpful, always there ready to help and booked our night bus (even walked us to the pick-up point) for us. We would highly recommend a stay here, you could not be disappointed.

Had a wonderful time at Thành's place. Beautiful grounds, comfortable clean rooms and a place that's a 10 minute cycle from the Bai Dinh Pagoda grounds. Thành is an excellent host, very responsive, knowledgeable. Him and family offer great food, tours and free Bikes to get around. Really recommend this place

A little bit out the way of Tam Coc but well worth it for the views, full Panaramic of the mountains which on a clear day would be beautiful. Bang let us check in very late at night too which was very kind. Rooftop was great to chill on and we rented bikes through the host. Great value for money

This place is 10 or 15 minutes walking from the center of Tam Coc; half of it through the main road. Please, have it into consideration if you don't like walking. It's not my case, I like walking. But, thanks to that, you are in a real Vietnamese neighbourhood surrounded only by locals. Some small food shops around. Restaurants at about five minutes walking. My room was so big for just one person, and perfectly cleaned. And Ngo is extremely helpful, can be reached via W h a t s a p p at any time.

Perfect stay! The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well, including the heating mode for cold days. The bathroom is large, and the hot shower has great water pressure. Tân and her family are extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us many tips on things to do in the area and always responded promptly whenever we needed anything. The included breakfast is delicious and has a good portion size to start the day well (the ginger tea is magnificent!). Great location right in the center, close to restaurants, shops, and the departure points for transfers and tours. At the same time, it’s on a quiet and peaceful street. The only downside is that the WiFi is quite unstable, so it’s not suitable for working for long periods. My wife and I loved this stay and didn’t want to leave!

If you're after Ninh Binh's nature vibes, then this is the right place for you! The surroundings are full of lush greeneries and overlooking the towering limestones. During the stay, we could hear pure nature - the sounds of birds and insects (we didn't even have to worry about insect bites as there were none that pestered us). To reach the location, we had to go through off-road which we'd hope could be developed soon, luckily for us, we really didn't have a hard time booking grab (Staff also would gladly book a taxi for you). The staffs were very friendly and accommodating, greeted us always with a smile. The room is pristine clean, the bathroom is spotless - had a bathtub with a beautiful view. Free breakfast was delicious! Would definitely book this place again. :)

It has the beautiful river view... feeling very relaxed, peaceful, and calm in the morning... The room is clean, and spacious... Truly like the services, and people there... they treat you really nice, and good care... We definitely want to stay this hotel again if we ever come back Ninh Binh...

Love the place in the country side. Close to all the attractions and downtown. You can rent motorbike or bicycle from the airbnb. The airbnb food is ok. They adjusted it to better fit westerners taste buds. You can easily bike to downtown to get more food. Love the staff!! They are super friendly and helpful. They can help you with anything you might need

Hoan’s place is perfect for exploring the beautiful area. It is private and peaceful but within a couple minutes walk to the centre of Tam Coc. We arrived by sleeper bus at 3am and Hoan was so helpful and flexible regarding check-in. She even put the hot water on for us to have a shower! We rented bicycles from Hoan and she also did our laundry within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this home stay!
