Easy to get to the best attractions from here and the owner will help u with everything and even be your own guide. Makes it all very easy! In generel, the owner (and the rest of his family) are very kind and hospitable. You will love this place. Also good value for money! Go go go.

Long and Yen are fantastic hosts. the property is lovely, well-situated for touring and a great value with breakfast included and dinner available for a minimal additional amount. Most of all they are both super friendly and helpful. their coordination of my transport from and back to Hanoi was flawless. highly recommend. my only regret is the weather prevented me from using their beautiful pool!

great place, clean rooms. there is an indoor pool and a pool table in the public area that can be used. the host was helpful and provided us with useful suggestions and also helped us book Limousine Van tickets. overall nice place!

The place is right near a water body and very close to pagoda. It’s a very beautiful natural layout with amazing home made local food and good local beer. The care taker though can’t speak English but uses google translator for effective communication. It’s feel awesome to have a cup of coffee near the lake. The hospitality is also awesome and room is big, clean and spacious.

Had an incredible time at this homestay. The building/room and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The room was spacious, clean and smelled amazing. The hosts are incredibly helpful and respond to messages incredibly quickly. They helped us set up both the transportation to and from them incredibly fast. They gave us a map with tips on how to get to all of Ninh Binh's sights and recommendations on how to get there. (Definitely use their bike service; it's incredible value!) The food is amazing, both the included breakfast and their dinners. The host always greeted us so happily in the morning and invited us to the 'family' dinners whenever they were on. Thank you for everything, we loved it!

I’m so thankful for the help we received from Mr. Long + team! My group and I arrived very late in the night and he not only arranged pick up from the bus station but also came out to check us into the rooms at 5 am. The grounds were beautiful, rooms were large and comfy, and we loved the friendly dogs. We would love to return in the future :) thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Had a really nice stay here! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Also two really cute puppys walking around. Would definitely recommend this homestay!

Tony & Hannah’s home stay was beautiful & very clean. It was even better looking than the photos. Breakfast was delicious & the coffee was very good also. It is very quiet & easy to get to all the attractions. Tony helped us book our bus to our next location & gave suggestions to places to see. Nice bonus was getting our laundry done for a fee before going to our next location. Great stay I would highly recommend.

Pretty and peaceful place, close to cafe and 20 min walk to Tam Coc where there are plenty of restaurants. 10 minutes from Mua Caves. The host is responsive and the room was friendly and very modern. There was a cockroach but no problem removing it. I had a good night at this place. I recommend spending your day in Tam Coc and Mua Caves

Helpful host who is responsive and helpful. The resort is peaceful and my kids love it , especially the little hike up to the red flag vantage point. The staff are all helpful and the food served at the restaurant is indeed very good as per all the other reviews. We enjoy this resort very much and would recommend it for families / travellers who are looking for an experience closer to nature together!

For nature lovers looking for peace and quiet, this place is amazing! The rooms are surrounded by birds singing and frogs calling rather than traffic noise. You can climb on the karst rocks and into caves right on the grounds, or rent bicycles/motorbike to reach the tourist attractions nearby. Breakfast is included, and the food at the restaurant costs slightly more than in town but is delicious, high quality food well worth the cost. We did not tire of the food even though we were there for a week. We also appreciated that the friendly staff seemed happy and were willing to answer our questions about Vietnamese culture! The internet worked well for our school/work needs. We would love to stay again!
