This apartment is a great place to unwind. It is open-plan and offers everything you need. The Baltic Sea is within walking distance and the area is very rural and quiet. Thank you for this opportunity.

From the first moment we felt comfortable in the apartment on the southern beach. Very lovingly furnished, everything you need is there. Communication with the host was excellent. Maria is a 1a host. She responded quickly and took care of everything before arrival and also throughout. If we get close again, we'll first see if something is free here again:) Our little family felt very comfortable. Our first Airbnb experience was a 10/10.

The hosts are very kind, courteous, know exactly what matters. We enjoyed the apartment with the roof terrace very much. They made sure to make everything bright and the rooms have a lot of light. Glad there's a big common space when the weather isn't so nice. Outside there is a covered barbecue area with tables and benches and everything that goes with it. Electricity for car and bikes is also provided and parking for everyone. Thank you We will come back and recommend you to friends.

Highly recommended for vacationers who want to take hikes or bike rides in the Darßwald. Peaceful location, close to the forest and cozy accommodation.

I have rarely had such a friendly and easily accessible landlord. The apartment is 400 m from the beach and you can easily get to Fehmarn and towards Grömitz. And the landlord even sets the desired temperature of the individual rooms 🤭 I will definitely return! I think the concept of self-cleaning is great. You should leave the apartment as you want to find it ❤️

In October we visited Waren (Müritz) and have been guests with Manfred and Karin for a week. We lived on the 1st floor in a very charming house. The apartment was spacious and cozy. We were immediately comfortable. Manfred and Karin are very friendly hosts! Responsive and helpful at all times. But also taking back, for the individual space. We felt this was very pleasant! The location of the apartment is ideal for travelers by public transport. The house is located on a quiet side street and yet hiking trails, harbor, restaurants, shopping, etc., are quickly accessible. Perfect! 🙂

There were two of us at Ilona's place and we enjoyed the stay. It is a great starting point for excursions, best by bike. Then you can leave the car completely. The place had everything you need. However, we hardly used the kitchen because we were eating in the surrounding restaurants. Ilona is very friendly and helpful.

Spent 2 quiet nights in the property. Everything I needed was there and more. 😀 A really nice apartment. Modern, clean, nicely decorated. I felt very comfortable there right away and was ideal for my short Schwerin stay and my purposes.

Dear Friederike, thank you so much for letting us stay with you. Our vacation was able to start shortly after parking. I really liked your quick response to one or the other query. So I was able to solve a problem hand in hand. Your place is great. The balcony must be a dream on sunny days. One day we brought a frozen pizza... I read the instructions: "... oven..." We had a great New Year's Eve week in Heiligenhafen and felt right at home in the apartment. Very quiet and private. In 15-20 minutes, however, you can reach all the Needs life - including the sea ;-)

A cozy, fully furnished apartment in the middle of Rostock. Although there is no parking right in front of the apartment, that was not a problem as we always found a parking spot in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. The beds as well as the couch were very comfortable, so we could relax well. We particularly noticed the message on departure: We had to turn on the dishwasher, but not clean it out, and also do not take care of the beds or the trash can, as the cleaning fee covers this. We have often experienced this differently in other Airbnbs and it has made our departure much more relaxed. We will be happy to come back!

We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a great view. The location of the apartment is great. Bus stop and restaurants are within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Spend two nights at the large apartment. Walking distance to old town. Peter responded quickly and was helpful when we needed help.

Many thanks for this wonderful stay. We felt completely comfortable in this modern and very well-kept apartment. For us, it was a nice wellness getaway, as we could also use the great swimming pool and saunas. Communication was great and everything worked smoothly. We'll be happy to come back. :-)

We had a very nice vacation. Everything in the apartment was as described. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with extra kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a response to our inquiries very promptly. We can fully recommend the apartment:-)

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund's place, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well stocked. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply gorgeous. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

A very nice apartment. We especially liked the hot tub in the patio. For dog owners, the location is perfect. Directly behind the garden it goes into the forest and to the (dog) beach it is also not far. We'll happily come back anytime:)

A well-organized room. Very close to the sea. Unfortunately we were charged extra for towels and linen. Access to the washing machine was not available. Otherwise, happy to see you again.
