Joseph and Lina were great hosts! We were received very nicely and first got a drink for refreshment. They also brought us fresh figs from the garden. And yet the two were very discreet and respected our privacy. Exactly as it should be! ☺️ We enjoyed the place. The large terrace offers many opportunities to relax. The pool was our a highlight - it was available for our sole use 24/7. The place is a little higher, so you can enjoy a great view.

Very welcoming hosts, with a great home and the pool it was really perfect. The quiet location close to Nice is ideal. I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the accommodation is very well placed to visit the beautiful villages nearby and be able to go by the sea. Truly lovely owners. The pool is really nice and shaded. Perfect in the hot weather. We would recommend it. Be sure to follow the check-in instructions and not the GPS directions that indicate a road that does not exist!

We were three friends staying in the apartment in connection with the half marathon in Nice. Perfect location at the bottom of the old town. Walking distance to everything. Bright, airy, clean and a charming homey apartment. There are steep and quite long steps up to the apartment on the 4th floor so take it into account if you are, for example, bad for legs. We had a great time in the apartment the 4 days we were there and would love to come back.

I spent the summer holidays with my family at Jamel's place. The stay was pleasant, the accommodation met all our expectations and our needs were promptly heard and answered. Jamel responded to our every request and was always kind and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone.

Sophie was available before our arrival to answer our questions and after. She was flexible to welcome us a little earlier than expected so that we could make the most of our afternoon. We were able to leave our car in a garage and take the tram which is a 5 min walk from the accommodation. A much appreciated checkout around 11:00 am. Simply superb. The location and property way exceeded my expectations. The property was super private , relaxing with an exceptional view . Travelled with a family of 5 . The children had so much space and of course the pool to make it their home and have an amazing time . We had some great bbq’s and drinks on the terrace that comes with the best view across grasse. Sonja and the team are wonderful hosts , super attentive for anything we needed. I will definitely look forward to returning

Despite some small difficulties in finding the place, I really enjoyed the quirky nature of this accommodation. Marc was always helpful and cheerful and the place was very peaceful & restful. If I was to offer some constructive criticism I would say that the information about the location should be more explicit: it is 700m from the main road up a very steep, narrow road, which I would have struggled with if my friend who was also staying in the area had not hired a car. Apart from that everything was good and I had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful gîte! Eszter was the perfect host—attentive, incredibly responsive, and always ready to help. She provided us with fantastic recommendations for places to visit in the local area, and her assistance was invaluable when we needed to find a local doctor. The property itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally well equipped. The views from the house are breathtaking, and we loved spending time relaxing by the pool. We especially appreciated being able to use the washing machine and the extra touches like providing a high chair, cot, and other baby essentials for our little one. Overall, a truly wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it to others!

Agnes' apartment is a real gem, perfectly matches the photos and descriptions, it is in a very nice and quiet area, but very comfortable to reach the center of Cannes even by car. Agnes was really very kind and helpful and surely if we have a chance we will come back!

We traveled two adults, a girl of 16 years and a boy of 11 years and all four had a fantastic and lovely relaxing stay in Philippe and Regine's lovely holiday apartment. Just what we came for! We especially enjoyed the apartment's large lovely terrace both for the morning coffee, lunch and dinner, where we often grilled on the nice grill. We had some lovely and quiet days by the pool, where there was always plenty of space and often we were all to ourselves. Philippe was an incredibly good and friendly host, who was proactive, always responded quickly and wrote great instructions to get to the apartment and get the key. Also worth mentioning are also the lovely restaurants at Garoupe Beach, which is within 8 minutes walking distance, and you can also easily walk down and shop in Vival, which is a 15 minute walk away. There are also very good and private parking conditions at the apartment. We'd love to come back another time☀️

We felt right at home! Emilie and her husband are very friendly and gave us good tips. We were very warmly received, even with a bottle of wine and nibbles. The bed is sensational, we slept great. The location is perfect for trips to the Cote d'Azur and the hinterland. Dsiw apartment is very lovingly decorated and everything necessary was on site

Accompanied by our little dog we had a great time at Anne and Benoît's. They were very welcoming and always available to answer our questions. We absolutely don't understand Sabine's previous reviews. Contrary to what she wrote, the studio heating is well insured and the adjustments of the various radiators to the desired temperature are no problem. Moderately chilly we were never cold and yet in mid-February the outside temperature was not very high. Sabine's review is deception, disregard it.

Valerie's place is particularly pleasant, modern and complete in terms of amenities. We were not lucky with the bad weather but the apartment still allowed us to enjoy the we comfortably. Totally independent of the main house and far enough away to feel at home, it is located in a green setting with a very nice view while remaining close to many points of interest. Valerie was always responsive in her messages, very available and accommodating. She and her husband very kindly welcomed us and settled in. We do not regret our choice for our stay and we would recommend this rental to all guests!

Anne was a great hostess. Amenities were good including dishwasher, washer and dryer. Electric fireplace was warm when weather was cooler. Location was central for visiting the coast.
