Vacation rentals with a patio in Nicaragua

The accommodation is centrally located but very close to the Managua records, which can be a little uncomfortable due to the noise. Regarding the price I think it is a little high because it is quite small maximum for two people. Nonetheless, the administration were very friendly and respectful. Thank you for hosting us.

Nice studio since the bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a wall. great place close to two restaurants and the Carretera al Sur groceries outlets. large parking space, felt very safe. The place is clean and eveything works. Geraldine is friendly and helpful. strongly recommended.

The place was just as described! Really close to the city center. Felt safe and the communication with Salvador was great.

I spend a lot of time in Managua and I wish I had found this place sooner. My family and I had such a relaxing time. Just a few steps away from the grocery store made it so we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to. Never had a better host than Gabriel. Extremely responsive and willing to help. If you’re staying the area this is hands down the best choice

I had a fabulous time at Sea Horse. It's a short walk from the dock once you get off the panga. The apartment is near plenty of great local restaurants and places to set up water activities such as diving or snorkeling. The pictures were completely accurate. Doug is a great host, very fast communication. Nice details such as a Google doc form with all pertinent info about the apartment and even a sorry video showing you exactly how to get to the apartment. Additionally, when there was a problem with the panga and it looked like I might not arrive on my scheduled day, he offered to adjust the the reservation. Fortunately, I did eventually make it on the day that I was supposed to. The WiFi is fast enough and the apartment is stocked well. The apartment is quite livable and great for a couple wanting to check out the island for a week or a digital nomad looking for somewhere to get away from it all for months at a time.

We are very happy to have stayed at Leonel's property. The location is perfect near a shopping area where there is a supermarket which made it accessible to us and close to our family members. The house is spacious, cozy, feels a lot of peace, very functional for my family's needs. Leonel took very good care of our needs and without any mishap. We cannot say enough amazing things about our stay! Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment you walk in, it is just breathtaking! Tastefully decorated, clean and functional. We’ve never stayed in a property quite like this and it is definitely at the top of our list for favourite stays. The pool was our own private oasis and a fantastic spot to cool down and relax after walking the hot Granada streets. Perfect for two couples or a family (we are a family of 4). With little ones we preferred to each share a room with one of the children as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and separated by the pool. But that was just our personal preference and comfort level with little ones. The hosts were quick to respond and accommodating. We would highly recommend a stay in this property to anyone.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Hacienda Iguana! The house comfortably accommodated all seven of us with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and highly recommend Casa Wadi for anyone looking to enjoy Hacienda Iguana. We’re already talking of coming back!

We loved our stay here! There is nothing bad about it. Beautiful views, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas. Beds are firm, which was fine. Pool was lovely! Marisol was so kind and cleaned several times during our stay, she did an excellent job. Pili’s restaurant was basically next door. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

This is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The place is BEAUTIFUL! Two stories with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies. Absolutely spotless and the decor is amazing. We were met at the correct time and also they provided two big gallons of water for our stay which was nice. 20 or so minute walk into central SJDS if you take the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This place is beautiful - and huge! It looks just like the pictures, if not even more spacious. Located just steps from Playa Marsella, which is very sheltered and lovely for swimming. There are two restaurants right on the beach if you want to dine out, but there is also a wonderful and extremely well-equipped kitchen in the Airbnb itself. Billie was super welcoming and helpful, giving us options for horseback riding and leaving us a really nice welcome guide book. We had a great time hanging out both at the condo itself and in the area. It is in a private, more remote community, so just be aware you do need to have a vehicle that can handle the dirt roads to get back to the location, especially after rain! There's no steep grade though, so it's pretty easy. We loved it here and wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area!

I recently stayed at Mike’s place within the Iguana property and had a great experience. The location is excellent, situated right next to the entrance gate. Mike was super helpful and always available to assist. Although the description doesn’t specify, the bed is a queen size, which is slightly larger than it appears in the photos (a double bed) a pleasant surprise! The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. Since we had visited before, we were aware of this detail. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise due to the proximity to a brewery and restaurants, but it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ll definitely plan to go back!
