Beachfront vacation rentals in Nicaragua

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 2 week stay at Brittany's house and we loved it! The house was all that we could ask for and with everything we needed. We ate all of our meals outside either on the balcony in front of the bedroom or on the patio. The water system in the kitchen worked great, we didn't have to buy any drinking water during our stay. The main bedroom was super with a very comfortable bed and we slept well to the sound of the sea. We enjoyed walking on the rocks in front of the house exploring the rock pools and watching the marine life trapped in the pools until the next high tide. You didn't have to walk too far either side of the rocks to enjoy some good swimming. Brittany was a great host checking if we had what we needed regularly and always quick to reply if we had any questions. Thanks Brittany for helping us have a great vacation!

Amazing place to stay a few blocks outside of the main part of the port of you want slightly more quiet but want to still be able to easily walk to everything! Loved my stay here

We had an amazing vacation and felt in paradise. Ideal for couples looking for a bice peaceful place to stay and if you surf, location is in between popoyo and santana. The outdoor area is beautiful and you are right on the beach. Bella treated us as friends and was always available and willing to go the extra mile. We will be coming back

The house was lovely, the owner is friendly, and the house keepers were wonderful. The area is quiet and safe. The one thing I’d say is that the house is a bit on the expensive side compared to other houses we have rented in Nicaragua. Even still, we’d stay there again.

Manfred's place is very private, safe and as described in the photos. He was very responsive and attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. I loved the view of the beach from the house and it felt like you're own private paradise.

We spent just a few days and now wish we had stayed longer. Wilbur’s place was simply wonderful. Set right on the lake and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Well situated on the island with easy access to many of the highlights. Simple, clean and comfortable with a great bathroom. Would recommend for a relaxed and peaceful stay.

Our stay at The Beach House was absolutely perfect. We cooked every dinner at home and The kitchen had more items than my own kitchen!!! Often, Airnb's have few dish towels and bathroom towels.. not the case here! Yay! The air conditioning worked great! Hot water too! The pool was sparkly clean. Sophie was quick to respond, and very friendly and accommodating from the time I booked to check out. She even let us know about local ceviche and coconuts!! I think the biggest compliment to an Airnb is if I would stay there again and I would say yes definitely!

Beautiful and private location with a view that is better than the pictures. Great retreat if you want to hangout out in the local area and walk to the beach. We will be back! There are a few restaurants on the beach but I’d generally recommend bringing your own provisions. 4wd or at least high clearance vehicle recommended for dry season. For the wet season, I’d definitely want a 4x4

Place is beautiful! Karin, and Leonel were amazing. The road heading to the house is rough so drive careful and then it is a very inclined drive up hill. Overall staying here every time I come, very peaceful!

An amazing trip. Stayed a few weeks and everything was great. Shared kitchen is really well equipped. Really close to surfing WiFi was fast enough to work and it’s also on battery backup so you can work through any brief power outages that may occur. We will definitely be back

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop

We were in Boom Oasis for 10 nights, and extended during our stay for 2 days because we found ourselves so well. We were 6 people (4 adults and two children), but the home could easily have another family. The two main houses have very spacious bedrooms with good beds and nice baths. Even more beautiful than in the photos. The kitchen is okay equipped, good dazzling, many pots/pans and relatively sharp knives, but it's a bit small and a bit dark. If you are more than 6 people, the dining area and chairs will also be missing. Shannon is easy to communicate with and Harold, who fits the house and garden, is incredibly pleasant and helpful (speaks only Spanish) We had rented a car, which I would definitely recommend. Shopping is far away, etc. If you come to surf, a car is also a great advantage, as there are various spots in the area, but require a car to reach. We highly recommend The Boom Oasis ☺️

If you are looking for a private oceanfront accommodation, I recommend this place. It is quiet, spacious, and has a comfortable atmosphere. The ocean is within walking distance, and you can use the resort's facilities, such as restaurants! If you are looking for the most beautiful beach in Nicaragua, I recommend this place.

Ken's place is a comfortable home away from home. The condo has everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. We were especially happy to have screened in windows (not a guarantee in this part of the world) and great fans that reduce the need for A/C. (the A/C was excellent when needed) The complex is quiet and secure and onsite staff were friendly and helpful. No hesitation renting here again, we were very happy and comfortable!

Couldn't expect for more at this dream beach front location. I had the best time with this beach front property. Photos simply don't show how beautiful and peaceful it si. Big thanks to Dominic for great advices to enjoy the best Popoyo has to offer.

The Tree house is very nice and has everything you need. The beach is one of the best of the island. We enjoyed our stay very much. Helen is a very good chef. The fish was absolutely delicious 😋.

This place is magical ! Nothing can really beat going swimming feet from your door step with a volcano in front of you, another one behind you and a family of howler monkeys above you!! The hosts where the warmest most lovely & helpful couple(to say they were helpful would be a understatement!) they were great to chat with and on top of everything! The location is perfect it’s so peaceful, the yard area is well taken care of ,restaurants in walking distance & also a little store close by . The house was so great it was super clean, had everything you needed right down to solar powered WiFi and a little outdoor foot washing spot by your door. The design was fantastic and you felt right at home there immediately We will definitely come to stay here again when in Ometepe

My family and I had an amazing time, the beautiful view, the house super comfortable, we felt right at home. An ideal place to unwind and unwind. Marlon is very friendly and courteous, we will definitely be back.

Liz’s place is amazing! The front porch is worth the stay!! The yoga house in the back is amazing for meditation! Cold showers, but with the heat it is refreshing. We loved the privacy the trees give you while still being right on the ocean. The walk to town was great and you can easily take the beach route to get to Otto beach. We LOVE the location!!

It is a beach house with absolutely everything you need. It is very spacious and open, this allows you to circulate the air perfectly and enjoy the sea without the characteristic heat of León. Sadly few houses have this advantage. It is in a great location and also facing the sea. The rooms are well equipped, air conditioned in perfect condition, clean and modern fans, and very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen also impressed me, visually beautiful, technological, and very easy to use. It is a house in which you can breathe a lot of peace, you can see the care of the owners. I definitely recommend it and look forward to returning soon.
