Lovely host, very friendly and helpful - the accommodation was perfect for our large family, great walks from the garden - will definitely stay again.

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. It was absolutely perfect! And the host was fabulous! Lots of treats and extras, even for the dogs too. The accommodation is of a very high standard, with a huge long garden. Plenty of room for a game of football with the grandchildren. Our mini break was extremely relaxing, we felt very welcome and will definitely be booking again.

Jamie and Kate's place is amazing. It's cosy and secluded, quiet, peaceful and has absolutely everything you could need to enjoy your break, as well as ample off road parking. Kate met us at check in and was friendly, helpful and funny. She made a fuss of fur baby Potter as well which he loved haha. There was a brilliant and unexpected welcome pack, including milk, upon arrival and we were very grateful for it all. To say it was spotless throughout would be an understatement. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. All shampoo/conditioner etc being provided as well was excellent. The secluded and secure garden for Potts was perfect and knowing he was 100% safe we had no issues letting him roam in and out. Thanks for a great stay. I can't recommend this place highly enough 😊 x

Lovely cottage and great value in a peaceful location. Exactly as described but parking provided was very small, a bigger car wouldnt fit but we had no trouble with off road parking. Great location to get to Lincoln and Hartsholme Country Park. Google maps does send you a few houses away so you need to approach the end of the village to find it. Overall a lovely stay and spotlessly clean!
