Monthly Rentals in Newport Beach

I had the most comfortable stay at Arlene's condo. The place is adorable, I felt safe being in a gated community, and the location is perfect! It's located close to Fashion Island, the beach, and is down the street from great restaurants. Arlene was very communicative, asked for feedback, and was very flexible in my needing to extend my stay. She responded and was always very helpful. I would definitely book again. I had a lovely time and wish I could've stayed longer.

Susan’s place was incredibly clean, and we felt comfortable right away. The size is perfect for two people. The garage and the washing machine below the apartment were super convenient. Everything you need for a stay near the beach is provided—chairs, an umbrella, and more. We experienced a power outage affecting the entire street, but Susan immediately supported us and ensured everything was taken care of. We truly felt looked after. Highly recommended!

This little studio on Balboa Island is absolutely incredible! The location is super convenient, with restaurants and shops just a stone’s throw away. I loved the cozy fireplace and the warm, inviting atmosphere of this Airbnb. It was a pleasure to have such quick and helpful responses when I had any questions. Thanks again for everything!

Perfect location! Practically on the beach and only a short walk from the main pier with all the bars and restaurants! The property itself looked just liked the pictures and offered plenty of storage/closet space if you plan to stay a whole. Garage parking spot is definitely a nice added bonus! Few minor hiccups when I first arrived but Brindy was incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing and resolving the issues right away!
