Monthly Rentals in Newport Beach

Susan’s place was incredibly clean, and we felt comfortable right away. The size is perfect for two people. The garage and the washing machine below the apartment were super convenient. Everything you need for a stay near the beach is provided—chairs, an umbrella, and more. We experienced a power outage affecting the entire street, but Susan immediately supported us and ensured everything was taken care of. We truly felt looked after. Highly recommended!

Prime location and the perfect getaway. James place was extremely cozy and welcoming. I felt extremely safe there. Everything was in perfect shape and the bed was super cozy. The fire place was such a bonus. I would stay there again!!

Yousef was flexible with check in and went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond to anything we needed and he made sure that he was here to assist us. The location was great as restaurants and freeways were nearby. The unit was very clean, free of clutter and the aesthetic decor made our stay very comfortable and it felt right at home!
