Beautiful peaceful stay at this well equipped property ,Chris was very friendly,the hot tub was a big plus ,would recommend Orchard Barn to anyone seeking some peace and quiet ,or has a base to visit surrounding area .

Another lovely weekend break at The Barn. It's a perfect space for our group of friends to catch up and chill out. Always spotless and clean. We lucked out with the weather and the pool and tennis court got some good use. We had a lovely 6 mile walk around the Surrey Hills with the beautiful Abinger Hatch pub a half way point. Daniel was very welcoming and friendly and accessible to answer our queries. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery but we forgot cling film and foil, so bring some if you think you will be using it. There is a lovely outdoor seating area and dining table which was a lovely afternoon sun trap. All in all a perfect stay and we will be coming again next year!

The barn was just what we needed, a base to stay in to explore the island. The nature of the site means that there were a few creepy crawlies throughout our stay, it turned into a little sport as to what creatures we would find in the bathroom, daily. Not a criticism just something my husband wanted me to mention as this was a problem for him. The host was very friendly and showed us around explaining bits and bobs. The pub is worth a mention we ate there twice and both times were amazing. Sunday roast to die for and an evening meal all met with a friendly smile and chat, within walking distance, wear wellies. Just to the lane a small run farm shop with an honesty payment scheme, good local produce (not cheap) delicious cheese.

Carol’s place is very comfortable and luxurious - just as described in the listing. It’s a perfect location within walking distance of all the amenities in the lovely village of Marshfield and close to Bath and Bristol. Highly recommended.

Wow! What an absolutely incredible place to stay. There is nothing I can fault about this place. Kate was wonderful with all her help and recommendations- and very responsive messaging even when she was away herself! We have just spent three nights at Poplar Farm Barns and enjoyed our time hugely. The barns are beautifully renovated with high-end fixtures, fittings and furnishings. Immaculately clean as well. The surroundings are lovely with excellent views from the property. My kids loved the free-roaming chickens, and the horses in the neighbouring field. Holly and Charley were very welcoming and friendly. Everything was just as we’d hoped and our family will definitely return.

We had the most amazing two nights at Donna’s place, it was immaculately clean. A great space for cooking, really comfortable beds and the hot tub was an added perk. Walking distance to a great pub and lots to do in the surrounding areas.

Harriet’s cute Barn Conversion was perfect for our West Country road trip. Plenty of space, cool, tranquil decor. Lovely hard floors and underfloor heating which was easy as we had x2 dogs with us. We enjoyed cooking with the well stocked kitchen and games after dinner. Comfy sofa area which easily fitted us four! It really was a perfect stay, with comfy beds and fluffy towels. The garden was just coming into bloom & I bet is beautiful in the summer months. Do not hesitate to book! Thanks, Jo & family.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect get away. Sally was great communicating and always happy to help. The house was nice, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Located in the peaceful countryside but with great pubs/restaurant and the seaside nearby. would definitely recommend!

Perfect location to explore Dorset. Plenty of walks, a very comfortable dog friendly place that was well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean. Couldn’t fault it - would definitely go back. Exactly how the host described.
