Had a great time in Berlin. This was my first time and this placed serviced us extremely well. The location is a busy place but once in you wouldn't know it. greatful of an elevator after a long day. Its quiet, roomy and extremely convenient. Just a hop on the train and tram and your away. Easy walking for a lot Berlin must do's. Would absolutely recommend Alexander's apartment. Enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Sven was a very generous host, sharing everything in his apartment with us. We didn't really realize the apartment was in an old store front but that said it was actually pretty quiet. The street is full of kebab shops and has many restaurants nearby. The metro and train were a short walk away. It was a great base to explore Berlin. Thank you Sven!

In every way, the stay at this place was satisfactory. This address is a very good place to enjoy Berlin. ( metro, restaurant, bar...) plus the host is responsive.

True Berlin gem! I really enjoyed my time at this loft in Berlin. Communication was perfect and super fast from the start. Check-in was smooth and really friendly. The loft... the photos honestly don’t do it justice. Pretty surreal being in there! Fernsehturm on one side, Oberbaumbrücke on the other. Across the river, there's always something interesting going on, especially on sunny days. The gym was a nice bonus, and everything in the apartment worked perfectly. It had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Highly recommend this place. I'll be back for sure. Thanks again! :)

Fantastic stay! Mario is super helpful, friendly, and had the apartment already warm and cozy when we arrived. Check in was super easy with amazing instructions, and is just a short walk from the U1/U3 metro stop, no problem with a couple of roller bags. The private patio is perfect for morning coffee, eating meals out on, or an evening drink. Downstairs there is a private (to the building) patio right on the river, which gives some beautiful views of the city. Kitchen is super well stocked and has everything you would need to make meals. The neighborhood is GREAT, lots of very walkable restaurants, bars, etc under 1.5km. Even in the cold (we stayed around NYE) we were still walking everywhere, I can only imagine it gets better in the spring/summer. Somehow is an amazing balance of being in a vibrant neighborhood but yet the building is very peaceful and quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

My brother and I stayed at Sam's apartment for 4 nights.. It is in a great part of town and offers all the amenities you will need for a great stay Various cafes and restaurants are located close by and it is near to the subway and bus routes. Our host, Sam is prompt at answering any questions we had and is informative about the stay in advance. I would highly recommend his place for anyone considering a stay in Berlin.
