Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Neukölln

Great warm cozy appartment ,equipped with all the necessary appliances, at a really good location. We stayed (4 men) for five nights and the place was really comfortable. Huge plus was the home projector. Hostess was also really kind and was willing to provide us with usefull info. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a pleasant stay in Berlin at Alex’s apartment. The location was ideal with lots of cafes, restaurants, stores just steps from the door and the subway station was only a few minutes away. Also Alex was an extremely friendly and helpful host. He was always available to answer questions and give his recommendations for places to eat, sites to visit and just about anything else. Very easy to get around and centrally located in a very nice part of Berlin. This was my first time and I hope to visit again and would definitely stay at Alex’s. Thanks again for your great hospitality Alex!! Much appreciated!

Lovely stay in a great location in Pankow. Great coffee too - just upgrade your machine so the baristas can work their magic even more 😉

Beautiful apartment with a lot of character, probably in one of the best areas in Berlin. It was wonderfully quiet, which was a surprise given the neighborhood. The basics were there; it was a fairly minimalistic experience. Titi was super communicative and accommodating with check in/out. One note: the apartment is on the fourth floor and I had heavy luggage — but I knew that coming in. I was OK with this but your mileage may vary.

Awesome stay. Was in Berlin for the marathon and will be attending next year and staying in this beautiful home. Isabell was great providing us with clear instructions and local recommendations. Super responsive and very friendly!

What a lovely place this is, a spacious and bright apartment with atmosphere. Stunning views over the park. Neighborhood with a lot of excitement, but always felt safe. Nice places to eat within walking distance, public transport easily accessible and top communication with the hosts. We enjoyed Berlin and the tranquility of this place. Certainly subject to repetition!

We stayed at Stefano's apartment. The apartment is large, very clean and quiet. We slept very well, the bed is comfortable. It is in a great location with many restaurants and bars in close proximity. The bike rental on the street is a real plus for walking around Berlin.

A very nice, modern apartment. Host is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very quiet despite being in the middle of a busy part of Berlin. A normal TV would have been more useful than the projector, however this isn't so important. The height of the bed is a little inconvenient, however the bed itself is very comfortable. All in all a great place if you want to be near a lot of good restaurants and bars, but still want to be able to come home and have peace and quiet after.

The Tiny House is located in the middle of an entire settlement of its kind in the middle of a forest area directly on the Klostersee Lehnin. Thanks to good directions and access description, check-in was absolutely easy despite the hidden location (and also flexible thanks to the key box). The space is absolutely clean and modern despite small size and furnished for all purposes. In case of problems, Helmut was always available. Due to the proximity to the lake and two kayaks/SUPs at your disposal, a nice day's activity is also included in good weather. Highly recommend ;)

Very friendly hosts! The apartment is located in a quiet backyard and has everything you need. Fresh towels were ready upon our arrival, the bed was freshly made and the room was very tidy. All in all, we felt very comfortable. We were received kindly and openly and both check-in and check-out were straightforward. Clear recommendation and will be happy to come back next time.

We had a great time staying at Samir's place, especially with kids it's a perfect house! There is a lot of space, everything you need is available and there are also toys. The arrangements with Samir were very friendly, quick and straightforward. We'll be back if we can ;) Definitely recommend!

We spent a family weekend in April at this property. The particularly charming hostess welcomed us with a homemade cake, was always available and kindly but unobtrusively inquired about our needs. Because of the cool weather, we only used the beautiful garden with pond, large tree, wind-protected lounge corner and large terrace directly at the house to a limited extent. All the more we stayed in the spacious open kitchen-living room with large window front to the garden. In the evening we heated the oven with a large viewing window on the couch landscape with space for everyone. We were able to take care of ourselves comfortably due to the good kitchen and crockery equipment. The bedrooms are predominantly spacious and all tastefully furnished. We use the offer of the local bakery on the next visit already planned.

We greatly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this flat. It is spacious, comfortable, well appointed and secure.

The flat is spacious, clean and a very organised modern flat located in a quiet block. Everything we needed was available in the flat and access was very straightforward. The location is fantastic, we usually chose the longer walk to Treptower Station through the park as it is a nice diverse walk near the river. Treptower is close to the city by S-bahn and the S41/42 ring line which was ideal. Parking was directly across the road which was very helpful. There are 2 shops, an Italian restaurant(which I would recommend) and a pharmacy nearby. Janina is a great communicator and the instructions were very clear and thank you for being so flexible. We are regular users of self catering accommodation and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at in the last 5 years. Unfortunately, because Berlin is so amazing we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked in the flat but when we return we will happily stay again if available. Janina & Niall, thank you for sharing your home.

We (a couple and a dog) had a 4 week stay in the apartment and are delighted. Top location in Bötzowkiez with nice cafes, restaurants and different shops right nearby, yet a very quiet neighborhood where also many families live. 5 min walking distance to nice Friedrichshain Volkspark. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), is very spacious, bright and quiet, nice and modern decorated and has everything you need and to feel at home. The apartment and communication with the host get our warmest recommendations.

Zacks place is lovely and transportation around the city was very convenient. Lots of good restaurants and grocery shops close by too! Zack was friendly and communicated quickly:)

Waking up in the morning and having a view of the lake and the island is fantastic! Although we were only in the apartment to sleep, with the well-equipped kitchen you could also take care of yourself very well. Wolfgang left us a "little greeting" and we didn't have to leave the house in the morning without a coffee! Thanks for the thoughtfulness! So the day could start well!
