Kathi was an amazing host. I was out there for a birthday get away and she baked me some cookies. : ) Kathi is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place is clean, charming, and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and has a rejuvenating Zen vibe. Definitely will recommend!!

Elissa was very responsive, when we had run out of dish soap and some basic amenities we were able to receive it in a timely manner even though it was last second request. The airbnb was very clean and was accurate as listed.

A very good place to stay and stay, it is quiet and with availability of nearby places to buy.

The place was very clean and in a great location, which made it easy to access everything. The place manager was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. However, the WiFi was unstable at times, making it difficult to make calls. The nearby bars were quite noisy at night, so I would recommend bringing earplugs.

It was just what we needed; we were able to resolve our issues by walking, both going to the clinic and going for food, to the Oxxo. If there is to choose what to eat: pizza, Chinese food, toast, ribs, etc. I really liked that inside the apartment the noises of the boulevard will not be heard. The area was very quiet and the coffee was rich.

We had a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! It was spacious and comfortable — we especially loved the bed! Not to mention, the location was perfect!! It was within walking distance to so many things.. but for everything else, DiDi was always available and affordable (less than 115 pesos to go anywhere in TJ). We were obsessed with the heated pool.. the temperature was perfect. My husband and I can’t stop talking about this building. It was so great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fowler home with our friends. We are families with young children. We were able to relax and make our own meals, which was important to us. The property is so peaceful and has beautiful outdoor eating areas.

This was my family’s first time traveling to San Diego to spend spring break with my daughter who’s in the Navy. This location was a conveniently close drive to the Naval Base along with other attractions. Having young adults to entertain, this house was more than just amazing to say the least. From the jacuzzi, hookah, to the outside projectors, PacMan, air hockey, speakers in every room (I’m a music lover) we were on cloud 9. I’m usually an over packer but this house had everything I needed to include cooking essentials in the kitchen. Michael and Diana were personable and amazing throughout my entire stay!! I felt like I was at home and they made sure of that. There were a few hiccups, but it’s life…no sweat! My stay was for 8 nights and was a great choice. I want to personally thank you both again! I hope I have the ability to book one of your properties in the future!! Best wishes 🤗

Second time staying at one of Brent’s properties. Close to everything, safe and quiet location with easy parking. Comfortable bed and layout. Responsive and friendly communication. I’d definitely stay again.

Our family of 4 plus my mother and dog stayed at Bruce's place for 4 nights. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the fun amenities at the house (hot tub, pool table, ping pong). Bruce was a gracious host and very friendly!

Great staying experience! We enjoyed our cozy night thanks to the large screen, which enabled us to watch Netflix movies together. The coffee machines are easy to use, and we enjoyed our refreshing morning thanks to the K-cup and ground coffee kindly provided by Miguel!!

Navid was an incredible host, and we loved our stay at his beautiful home! He provided many great tips and suggestions about dining and activities in the area. The calamari and avocado sandwich that he recommended from El Pescador Fish Market in La Jolla was fantastic! His house had everything we needed for an amazing stay! The kids loved having their own room with bunk beds, couch and TV to hang out in. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and a small dog to spread out! We all enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with fantastic views and the beautiful pool and yard. The heated pool (heating was a little extra) and the jacuzzi were amazing! There was also a game room in the garage! The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed. Navid has done an incredible job to ensure you have everything to feel right at home. The lemon tree was also a big hit, and we enjoyed fresh lemonade! Navid’s house exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back soon!

This place is very clean and feels at home. My friends and I enjoy staying in this Condo! It’s a in private area, everything was easy access and safe.

Great place had a minor issue with the code to the lockbox upon checking in but in the end Gonzalo was quick to resolve

Overall it was a great stay. The unit was nice and clean, the bed was fairly soft, but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice (give the hot water some time to get there -- it's a bit slow but works fine). I liked the location a lot, as it was just a block or two outside of the really noisy Gaslamp area, but still felt fairly safe and clean on the street. The unit feels very secure behind two security doors. It was fairly quiet at night and easy to sleep. And George was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

Very clean and cozy house. Comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. Beautiful backyard with a seating area and a charcoal grill. We cooked food on the grill every evening. Maricarmen is a very responsive and good hostess. She was always in touch. Answered all our questions quickly. We had a small problem with the garbage disposal and Maricarmen solved this problem very quickly. By mutual agreement, when we were not home, she replaced the garbage disposal with a new one and also washed our dishes. Just a wonderful woman! Thank her very much. We are grateful to her for her cozy home and her hospitality.

Absolutely amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, making for breathtaking views and easy beach access. The property is huge, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The shower was fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’ll be back in Tijuana in July and will definitely be booking this place again!
