House vacation rentals in Nashville

I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. What originally was going to be a quick 2 night getaway for my husband and I, quickly turned into a week long family vacation after we stumbled upon this listing. This home was even more perfect than any of us had anticipated for our week away with our 3 kids (8,11, and 13) along with their 75 year old grandmother. It was our first time to TN and we enjoyed every second. We couldn’t have been happier with the location, amenities offered and cleanliness of the home. We spent time at the pool, the hot tub, the kids were able to kayak, they used the trampoline daily, and we had several visits from the most adorable and sweet dogs that we all fell in love with. The home is well stocked with everything we needed and more. There were many evenings spent playing games and all 3 kids had a blast sleeping in the loft area. The drive to Nashville was manageable allowing us time to explore all that the city had to offer. Hoping we can stay again in the future.

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! I will always check to see if Isaac’s place is available first when traveling to Nashville from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home!

Cute little studio guesthouse in a great neighborhood. The host gave us a comprehensive guide for the neighborhood. We felt safe and the guesthouse was really clean and ready for our stay, with all the promised amenities. Highly recommend!

Suzanne and Cliff were wonderful hosts! They were friendly, available and promptly addressed questions and issues. Their property is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the pool house and it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and private. We can’t say enough about our stay here.

This was a great stay and very convenient to downtown Nashville and walking distance to Five Points was a big plus. Lisa was very responsive to a thermostat issue we had. The bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths worked great for our group of three couples. Very nicely decorated with Nashville themes throughout. And the fenced in yard worked great for our dogs.

Our trip to Nashville started out with unforeseen circumstances due to problems with another Airbnb that we booked. Luckily Lacey took us in at the last minute and we couldn't be more pleased. She was very patient with us during the process. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure things are perfect. Excellent communication! I can't say enough about the house! It was more than enough space for the five of us during our stay. The view from the roof top decks was amazing! You could tell right away that EVERYTHING was cleaned!! It was spotless! When we return to Nashville, we will be staying at one of her properties. Thanks for everything!!

Steph’s place is just perfect! It’s spacious, well taken care of, and furnished and decorated so nicely! Steph was so responsive to every query we had (and we did have a few!). We had a fantastic time and highly recommend her place.

This place was very nice! Clean and modern and had everything we needed. There a lot of rules that made us feel a little scared to really do or move anything with in the house but it is understandable.

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and a great spot for us to spend time or touch base while on the go

This is in a wonderful location! You can walk to some really good restaurants within mins. The yard at this property is fenced in making it for us a great place for our dogs. The neighborhood seemed quiet and nice as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful. It was a great location as well. Everything was well put together. It was definitely nice to have access to a garage with all the rain we experienced. The attention to detail in the place was very nice. Things like extension cords for extra plugs and fans in case you needed extra air circulation were a very nice detail. It’s a very beautiful place and we would love to visit and stay here again.

The house was everything that was described, and you couldn’t ask for more from a host. Absolutely loved the place and would book with them again any day!

The location was perfect to visit opry and downtown. Both just a short drive away. The house was super clean and cozy. Perfect for the dog with the fenced yard. Directions to get there and to check on were clear and easy! The host was wonderful! Super fast at responding and very helpful! We very much enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend!

Mary’s place was perfect for my family of four and two other couples. Each family had their own full bathroom, the location was close to downtown and other restaurants, and stores. The neighborhood at first seemed a little sketchy, but it’s very quiet. The beds were VERY comfortable and we felt right at home

All-around great experience. Beautiful house. Very well maintained. Comfy nice clean sheets and towels. Great soap/shampoo in showers. Awesome layout. Great accessories like Sonos speaker and soundbar. Really nice, thoughtful welcome basket. Would seriously recommend this stay to everyone!

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

Ethan was great to communicate with and gave very clear instructions. It was a clean house and walkable distance to the restaurants/bars! Would stay here again. Fit our friend group perfectly!

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!

This home is in a very safe, upscale, and beautiful neighborhood. I would feel safe walking anywhere. Within 10 mins of major shopping, restaurants, etc. The home is well-appointed, extremely clean, comfy beds, lots of open sitting space. The second floor has its own sitting space, too. All 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again.
