We stayed at the Owl's nest for an unexpected funeral nearby at a Quantico as we needed a location that was also dog friendly. Elizabeth was super responsive, kind and gracious and made us feel right at home. The area in general is pretty suburban, not many sidewalks/places to walk, but also very quiet and lots of sounds of nature surrounded us which was exactly what we needed. We saw many deer out back and even a cute little fox explored behind the property which was an unexpected treat one morning. You're about 15-20 min from Wegmans, Target and other stores, gas etc, but there's not much in Triangle itself so plan accordingly. We didn't get the change to check out the nearby National Park but it looked really pretty from pictures we saw online. The in-law suite is a second floor attached on the back of an existing home up a series of stairs/decks. For us, it was perfect for what we needed but I think for two couples the living area would get tight if weather forced you indoors.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and cozy. Can only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. Would definitely recommend!!

I have recently stay at Cintya's for almost a month & a half now; it has been a amazing stay, very quiet and very clean. Cintya has been a great hosted all around, the room is very clean and nice size, and gets great sunshine, the bed is very comfortable. It is a very well kept beautiful home that i would highly suggest staying here !!!

Such an amazing stay with Kimberly! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door. The space is beautiful, and I felt very comfortable. The kitchen was the highlight for me (it always is!) because I love to cook, and it's so nice to be able to cook for myself when I'm traveling. I had plenty of room for my computer and workspace, since I work remotely. Kimberly was so friendly and welcoming, I couldn't have asked for more. It happened to snow quite a bit while I was there. Kimberly was very proactive, giving me updates about salting the driveway, path and stairs to the basement. She let me know when there would be someone to shovel (twice during and after the storm) and offered to let me walk through the house if the stairs became slippery with ice (they did not). It was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay, surrounded by houses and trees. I absolutely loved it, and highly recommend Kimberly's place to stay.
