In a quiet neighborhood while still centrally located and walkable to nearby shops and dining. Cute, cozy apartment that looks like the photos. Lots of natural light and no curtains so bring an eye mask!

We have now stayed twice here with Brenton and Nolan they are wonderful hosts! Would highly recommend booking with them for your trip!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Great place in a great location! Walking distance to everything! Very safe area! Definitely staying here again next time!

The AirBnb Tori has is fantastic ; I 100% recommend you stay with her if you're given the chance. Zues & Zeek are really sweet dogs always happy to see us. Our Elektra loves the fenced in yard Tori has, and Tori went out of her way to help us if we ended up over staying a visit to my in-laws. There was even a way for us to spot clean if any paws got something muddy. All the appliances worked great and we felt right at home. Thanks Tori!

5 star AIRBNB .. if you looking for somewhere to stay this is it! the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.. the inside is beautiful.. everything look exactly on the pictures.. the host was amazing.. quick to respond if u need anything and very friendly and respectful

Absolutely perfect! It had Three bedrooms! My main issue with finding beds for 3 is someone almost always gets a hard fold out futon or couch. Not only 3 lovely crisp clean bedrooms, but perfect quiet safe surroundings, and hosts you can count on

This home was so lovely, my family and I came down here to see my oldest son and we felt right at home. Everything was so clean, the beds were specifically made for a good nights sleep. My boys loved playing with the pac man machine. My family and I will most definitely be staying at this place again whenever we come back. Nice place with 3BRs/4 baths downstairs and 2 BRs /1 bath upstairs. Sitting areas (each a little limited) and kitchens on both levels. It worked fine for our group of 5 guys. Not in the greatest area but felt safe. Plenty of parking in the rear and conveniently located to restaurants and other businesses on Main St. The host was very responsive and accessible.

We loved the classy, quiet community around the home, and fully enjoyed the gorgeous home! The walking path near the house was so nice! We hiked there quite a few times. Such a wonderful place. We are so thankful for everything and loved our vacation there!

Overall, my favorite AirBnB stay so far. Check in was perfectly smooth with code transmitted in advance. We were welcomed by a personalized note with free (small snacks) and for-purchase amenities (sodas and alcoholic beverages). Shawna checked in on us to make sure everything was good and proactively informed us of battery light lamps when a strong storm rolled through the area. The power stayed on and we didn't need them, but it was nice of her to consider us proactively. The kids loved the hot tub and we really appreciated that it was covered given the rain. There was a lovely back yard, but we didn't get to enjoy it because of the rain. The home was beautiful and within 15 minutes of stores. Detergent was provided, which helped since we were only there a couple nights. The double master show was nice, but the water pressure could be higher. There was a goat next door which we enjoyed - not obnoxious. Check out was simple - no stripping beds, just taking out the trash.

The apartment was beautiful, colorful, and airy with plenty of natural light. Plenty of room for me and my husband. We enjoyed utilizing the kitchen and the gym down stairs. Although the highway outside was pretty noisy throughout the night, we still enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place in a fantastic location. The space was clean, well furnished and had many perks such as charging stations, nice cookware and a double make up table with mirrors. Dave was responsive to any questions or small concerns.

Great place to stay with your friends for a quick trip to Nashville! Such a great location and you can walk to Broadway St. We had a great stay!

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.

Great location to downtown. Place was fabulous. Had an issue with check in but it was resolved. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay! Everything was so easy from check in to the wonderful space and all the suggestions for having a great time in Nashville! We walked to all the attractions very easily and when we got back the river view was wonderful and relaxing. Can’t wait to visit again!
