We had such a cozy weekend at Caitlin's home -- comfortable beds and furnishings, a lovely fireplace and hot tub, plenty of games for our kiddo and enough supplies for cooking. Caitlin was super responsive and great to work with. We'd definitely recommend this space for anyone, especially families.

The house was laid out beautifully.We loved the big kitchen which had everything we needed.The fire place was a bonus.The master suite was huge.Was nice to have the pool table in a huge space for hanging out.The hot tub was perfect at the end of the day to relax and warm up.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.This was a perfect get away and we will be reaching out for a summer visit.

A place I would definitely return to a private and quiet place.

We had such a wonderful time! The inside of the home is stylish and pristine with a lot of cute personal touches, and the outdoor living space and fire pit are perfect and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was easy to cook (not to mention the awesome blackstone grill). It’s not quite as secluded as we usually prefer, but whether it was by the fire at sunset or during the day lounging in the hot tub—we still felt cozy and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

We really loved our stay at the Koi Ridge Cabin. The cabin is located at the end of a private road that winds up the mountains. The area itself, Smithville, was fairly quiet and doesn’t have much to do or eat. However, the cabins view and overall feel was worth the stay in the town. It was relaxing and was exactly what we were looking for. The hike to the lake was as beautiful as the view from the balcony.

We loved staying at Johannah’s house! It was about 20-25 min out of the main city, which is what we wanted! Absolutely loved the surroundings of the house. It was very private and calming. Definitely a great place to go if you’re looking to visit Nashville but escape the main city at night. The rooms were super nice, and comfortable beds. The home was welcoming and everything we could’ve wanted and more! Nice size hot tub too.

Awesome getaway in Eagleville. The Cabin was delightful, spotless, and well-furnished, and the bed was really comfortable. Great location close to town while also feels tucked away and private.Pam was outstanding with communication and service, and we will definitely stay at The Cabin next time we come to Eagleville.

Of all the places that I have stayed over the years. This is by far in the top three. The owners were welcoming, communicative, made us feel like family. The animals were so much fun to see and feed. The fresh eggs were amazing! We had everything we needed, and Marti was close by if we needed anything else. The decor was creative and amazing. Grace is an artist is very gifted. They love their place and they’re proud of it, and it was a privilege to get to share it with them This place is only an hour from where I live, but I will find a reason to be back every time I need a break. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Very comfy beds and plenty of space!

Great location within a mile to the Grand Ole Opry! We saw beautiful deer right in the yard, as well as a lot of wild turkeys and a Ground hog. It's a beautiful location and still close to a lot to do! We hope to come again and bring our kids and Grandkids back! I would definitely recommend, especially if you're going to The Grand Ole Opry! 😊

Such a lovely cabin in the woods. Beautiful surroundings and a quick drive to nearby cute towns and the city.

I booked this cabin for a surprise 40th birthday for 8 ladies. From the big open kitchen, to the 8 person table, to us each having our own bed in one of 4 bedrooms, this was the perfect cabin for our group. There was absolutely nothing we needed as it was a fully stocked kitchen with so many extras, many hooks in the bathrooms, comfy beds, and many blankets. Multiple times throughout the weekend I heard friends saying how they loved this cabin and would live there full time. We loved the privacy of the woods but the convenience of being close to stores/restaurants. We felt safe, Uber drivers were able to find us, even the switchback road was easy enough to navigate with rental cars even after a recent rain with no problems. We were only 15 minutes from several great hikes and enjoyed the big wrap around porch with coffee in the mornings. So many things we loved about this cabin! Ben was lightening fast with communication and so incredibly accommodating and helpful. Thank you, Ben!

This was a wonderful place for a quick getaway. It is right across the street from Arrington Vineyards. Beautiful setting. The cabin is rustic but has all the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. We utilized the firepit on 2 of our nights. It sits right on the creek bank and is below road level so it is private. We had a possum visit us on both nights. LOL. It is very close to downtown Franklin and also Nolensville. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was spectacular! The cabin is immaculate, clean, beautiful, all of the positive descriptors. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. My son got sick before the beginning of our trip, and they prayed for him and kept communicating with us through the entire process. It was great! We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area for softball, or even just a vacation. Everything was perfect, and anyone would be lucky to stay in this beautiful cabin with the best hosts. This cabin is adorably furnished and has the scent of fresh cut pine. It has beautiful touches of wood throughout, and it has a spacious walk-in shower as well as a gigantic soaking tub. It was great for a friends-get-together weekend. It rained and we didn’t take advantage of the acreage to walk but did watch several deer from the decks.

The house was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. With a little warmer weather I could’ve sat on the deck all day with that lake view and a book. If I come back to the area I would consider staying here again.

It was so serene and beautiful. I wasn’t expecting to see the wedding event also, but it was a nice surprise to just watch the celebration when we didn’t want to head to the city. When we arrived the porch light wasn’t working and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly but this didn’t have any bearing on the quality of the place or our stay. It was perfect for us.

Beautiful view from the room. The lake is beautiful. The room felt bigger than it looks in pictures.
