This is spacious and very comfortable for two people. There is a living room, a dining area, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a door and a bathroom with a door. The location works well for us. There is nearly always on street parking available.

Brianna’s place was just what we were looking for in a place to stay walking distance to the family we were visiting. It was lovely, and well appointed with new furnishings, comfortable beds, good lighting, and a great kitchen for cooking. Everything was spotless. When we had one tiny issue (a bulb that was out) she responded back in minutes with instructions on where to find a replacement in the garage. An attentive host of a well managed retreat! Thanks for a nice stay.

This property and neighborhood is comfortable and safe for parking your car or walking. It was fun to watch all the neighborhood squirrels and songbirds in the private backyard. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Janet’s wonderful getaway! A summer visit brings beautiful, private gardens! But even in winter, Janet decorates both the interior and exterior with seasonal joy! My wife and I both highly recommend a stay at Janet’s!
