Riad vacation rentals in Morocco

This was one of our best AirBnB stays ever. The building is amazing, the location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Ayoub was exceptionally helpful in making our stay comfortable and orienting us to our surroundings (it was our first visit to Marrakech). Breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of space for our family (six people). Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved Alice’s Riad. It really is beautiful and so stylish. I’m quite fussy about my interior design and Alice has great taste! It was much bigger and even more beautiful than the photos. It’s in a fantastic spot, in a lovely part of the Medina, tucked away down a very quiet alleyway. So nice to come home after a busy day and jump in the plunge pool for a bit of chilling time! But the icing on the cake is Abdou and Fatima.. they are so kind and helpful and the breakfasts are out of this world. We had so much to eat we didn’t really need lunch. We had a bit of an emergency one evening and Abdou came straight over and fixed everything. They are both absolutes gems as is Alice’s place. Can’t recommend it more highly. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. The riad is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located. Everything was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Meriem was very welcoming and attentive, we felt right at home. We highly recommend this address for a stay with peace of mind!

Laurence was helpful and very kind even before arrival, recommending us and arranging the transfer from the airport to the Medina meeting point. He then welcomed us on the arrival of the transfer and took us on foot to the beautiful Riad which is located in the heart of downtown in a slightly hidden and quiet alley. It gave us a lot of information on places to go and things to do. Even during our stay Laurence always responded to our questions and requests. In short, a perfect Host and a beautiful place on three floors: ground floor with living room, kitchen bathroom, first floor with 2 bedrooms and bathroom, third floor with 1 bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace on 2 levels.

We really enjoyed Souad's cooking. Everything was delicious. A thought also for Abdelghani who was extremely kind and caring and had great tips. We're coming back with stars in our eyes!

Very good stay in Matthieu's Riad. We were there as a family. This was our 5th stay in Marrakech. Accommodation in accordance with the description and our expectations. Good thing: FATIMA...!! We found what we love in Morocco. Hospitality, kindness , availability and kindness thanks to Her. (we had read the previous reviews and confirm that we say them). Small area for improvement: A few small refreshments are probably to be expected (painting, jacuzzi) but nothing that prevents you from having a great stay. Go there without so much as a second thought!

A huge thank you for an unforgettable stay at the Riad! The place is beautiful, peaceful, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. Special mention to Pablo, our host, but also a big congratulations to Brahim at the reception, smiling and attentive. And what about Bouchra… great breakfast every morning, and dinner? Pure delight! An incredible, talented cook who delighted us from start to finish. We leave with stars full of eyes (and full belly)! Thanks again, you are at your best.

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

You will find no better private riad. My husband and I have been coming to Morocco for a decade, and it is hands-down the nicest we've had the pleasure of staying in. Above all, a special shout-out to Latifa, the housekeeper. She is an absolute gem. Always smiling, warm, full of good humour. She helped us organise a special dinner at the riad for my 40th birthday: including ordering and picking up a luxurious birthday cake from a patisserie, and buying wine for us (knowing which bottles of local Moroccan wine to recommend). She even offered to get flowers and organise henna for the celebration! The riad is stunning. The photos are great, yet they honestly do not do it justice. The ground floor is the perfect socialising space: with tall ceilings, comfortable seatings, air-conditioning. I particularly applaud Frank's excellent lighting choices: which bathe the living room in pools of warm golden light as soon as night falls. Absolutely magical. We already long to return!

Responsive host and timely communication.

We just spent 3 days in Franck and Richard's riad. We've never been so well received! The listing description would even be below what we discovered! Everything is spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. Richard is always ready to help, available and very responsive. Service beyond what one could have imagined (thank you Richard for the excellent birthday cake!) Nezha is an incomparable kindness, very discreet. Her breakfasts are extras and her couscous delicious. Everything was perfect. Great location, quiet, taxis available H24 2 minutes walk, souk idem. in short, I recommend +++. If we return to Marrakech we would not hesitate to return here. THANKS Richard! Hélène.

I have stayed at Riad Petite several times and it’s always a very pleasant stay. The suite is comfortable and well put together. It’s on the higher end of pricing but it’s upscale for the area. It’s not mentioned and I haven’t been asked before but they are implementing the tourist tax upon checkout so do keep that small standard extra expense in mind when booking. I hope to stay at Jullietes place again in the future.

Together with 4 friends, we had a perfect stay. The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. Aicha is lovely and the home-cooked meals were a treat. Absolutely recommend!

Traveling to Marrakech would have been very overwhelming, if it had not been for Dirk and his team. Dirk is very responsive and so is the team, who lives in the next Riad over. This is a very clean and beautiful space, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is very ideal; minutes away from the busy main square, but far enough away from the craziness that you can relax without stress and noise. There are many amazing restaurants that Drik recommends. I recommend taking advantage of the deluxe breakfast in the mornings. We could not have asked for a better experience!

We had a really great time at Jules’ Riad. Very close to the main Marrakech sites. Very tastefully decorated bedrooms and lots of space. Thoroughly recommended!

Beautiful riad in the heart of the medina. Very good exchanges with Corinne before and during our stay. The 2 managers on site are very attentive and cook very well. Breakfast is well provided and quality. The rooms are very nice. The jacuzzi on the terrace is a very nice plus!

Get yourself a stay like this! Our experience at this riad in Marrakech was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, not only by our incredible driver, who took great care of us throughout the trip, but also by the wonderful Hanane. She truly went above and beyond to look after our group of seven girls, making sure we had everything we needed and more. Her hospitality was unmatched, and her food? Absolutely divine! The riad itself was perfect, tucked in a central location that gave us the best of both worlds. We were just steps away from the city’s most affluent restaurants while also being immersed in the real, lively energy of Marrakech. It was the perfect balance of luxury and authenticity. Everything about our stay was seamless, comfortable, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while giving you a true taste of Marrakech, this is it. We can’t recommend it enough! WE WILL BE BACK!

Perfect riad, located right in the Medina but in a quiet alley (waking up with the birdsong) The Riad is beautiful, very clean, Fatima took great care of us. And the arrival was super well organized with a taxi offered by Indissar, and an arrangement to be able to drop our luggage at the earliest Thanks for this beautiful stay

The hosts were lovely and the location of the riad was very good. It was around 30-minute away from the Medina and there were many food spots near the Riad. The pool was a bit too small compared to the pictures, but everything else was as good as described. The breakfasts included were very nice and we loved the rooftop dinner organised by the host (keep in mind you have to request it and pay extra). Lovely experience, definitely recommend!

Wonderful intimate but spacious and very comfortable riad with everything you could need.. Very peaceful even though it’s right in the heart of the medina.

What to say about you dear Host dear Aziz! Your availability, your kindness has touched me and my family immensely. Your welcome , the activities and restaurants you have organized for us yourself have charmed us. You are a host who takes care of the guests. Not to mention your riad which is more than perfect, 3 floors with bedroom and private bathroom on each floor .. Max comfort with a minimum price. The experience at Oualid's riad was exceptional. The place is beautiful/all new and clean. We so enjoyed sunning on the roof top, enjoying our private breakfasts (made by wonderful Soula) and being SO close to everything the medina has to offer. It was such a sigh of relief to see Oualid ready to escort us to the riad as soon as we arrived. He also helped us set up rides to the airport and even a tour guide in Merrakech. This is such high-level service, professionalism and hospitality. 5+ stars for Oulid and his team! Many thanks for making our vacation so special.

Very nice property as described, spacious and very comfortable. Ideal location close to the lively tourist areas of Marrakesh while being able to enjoy calm within the accommodation.

Jihane’s home is even more beautiful than the photos. It’s light, cool, spacious and it is easy to feel at home. Fatima made us the most delicious breakfasts. Both hosts made us feel very welcome and helped us navigate our first time in Marrakech. The home is luxurious and lives up to all expectations. Thanks for having us.
