I ended up enjoying a long Airbnb stay and both Lydia and Alicia were super kind and helpful. The area was also very nice and peaceful with easy commute options to NY. The place was kept clean all the time, and the hosts helped me as much as possible with a lot of my questions. Great conversations too!

We Stayed With my Fiancé at AVE for 7 Days, And If you look for a place thats safe A good deal for Money and far from all of the noice of the Manhattan AVE is a great option. We came to Visit NYC predominantly and were commuting every day with a Buses, The stop is just 6 minutes away by Walking so it was pretty easy to access New York ,The Premise was very clean, Had a Nice coffee downstairs, a Big Grocery up close and a very friendly staff . So Overall it was an amazing stay and if We are going to Visit NYC we would definitely come back to here.

We had a wonderful time staying at that house, the Host was so kind with us and Very professional. All the places I wanted to visit in New York were close by. American dreams was only couple minutes away not even 10 min. So warm house clean and cozy really felt like it is my own house every thing was provided, so comfortable. thank you for such a good staying time

Alan’s place was very convenient for our little getaway, taking the kids to Nickelodeon Universe in the American Dream mall (only a 5 min drive away). The place was clean, well organized and had everything we needed. Alan was very kind and communicative, stopping by to check in and even offered snacks for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the place was slightly smaller than we initially expected, we had a lovely, hassle free experience.
