When we arrived there was milk, wine, cheese, biscuits, Tim-tams. Lovely products to use in the bathroom. Beautiful Villa, with amazing views! All in all, a very positive experience :-)

I surprised my Grandma with a stay here and it was absolutely delightful. Dieter and Gina welcomed us with such enthusiasm and warmth ensuring we felt right at home. The place was gorgeous, very clean, equiped with all the necessities, and was perfect for relaxing and reading. We just couldn’t stop saying wow - you can feel the love they have put into the place and how much they want to share that with their guests. The only thing to note is that the air con is located upstairs so the downstairs area can get quite hot, even with the use of fans. Amazing hosts and a wonderfully charming place :)

Our stay at Holiday House 7 at Essence Peregian Beach over Christmas was exceptional! We loved the location, loved the pools and the house was fabulous. Only thing was a lack of basic pantry items (salt and pepper, oil and baking paper etc.) which would have been ideal. Otherwise we had a wonderful time at a great holiday house, we will be back again in the future and would recommend to others.

We were so pleased to walk into the accomodation and see that it was just like the photos (if not, better!) The hosts & the property were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home for our stay. The hosts were extremely kind and easy to talk to making our stay super enjoyable. Was very grateful to be able to have a safe environment for our dogs and the amenities to make sure we were all comfortable. Very thankful. Highly recommend!

Lovely quiet apartment with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable with fans and aircon. Nice of the hosts to leave Kayaks and fishing rods for guests. Access to the boat ramp and pontoon for our boat was very convenient. Rachel was very helpful and proactive with communication. The neighbours were lovely too 😊

Spotless, cosy unit for our family of four. Our boys (8 and 10) loved it, great big garden, so many little treats in the house and great variety of board games to keep the kids entertained. The beds are beautiful and comfy, great night sleep. Lou and Brian are lovely and friendly, highly recommend!

Property management had fantastic communication and responded really quickly. The property itself was beautiful. (The pictures didn't do it justice), accurately described and had a well stocked kitchen. The pool, cinema room, tennis courts, golf course, steam room and gym ensured our group had plenty of activities to choose from without leaving the area. Private bedrooms and a large main living area allowed our group to spend a lot of time together but also to have our separate space. Very reasonably priced and would recommend.

We had a wonderful time here. The view of the ocean is exceptional and the duel living arrangement was perfect for our large family. It’s a short walk to beaches and parks so perfect for young families. The only issue we had was with the down stairs living air conditioning which we couldn’t manage to turn on due to there being multiple systems to cater for the space. So I recommend having one of the agents show you how to turn it on at arrival as they meet you there in person.

This location and, in particular, the proximity to an uncrowded but surf life safer patrolled section of the beach was fantastic. Well-appointed and largish bedrooms with a massive and very comfortable communal area. The only downside and it's not a biggy for us was that the beds are a little on the soft side, particularly for those used to or who prefer a medium to firm bed. Great communication from Gavra the host. Would definitely like to visit again. thank you.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a beautiful quiet spot, with everything we needed for our stay. The kids favourite part was the golf cart! We would stay here again next time we come to the area, we found it a much more enjoyable stay compared to booking a hotel.

We had the most lovely stay at Essence - perfect location, walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the beach. Great facilities and a beautiful house to stay in. The pool bar was a highlight! We’ll definitely be back!

It was so nice to find that the advertised info & photos fully reflected the actual property. It is such a great feeling of relief to walk in and see that the description is honest and true. For me, its worth the extra money to know that what you see is what you get. The reception staff are friendly & helpful, the location is great, the kitchen had good quality, clean cooking equipment & appliances ... overall a very relaxing & enjoyable stay. Thank you Essence, we would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.
