Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mooloolaba

Our experience was lovely and the hosts were great to deal with. Our family relaxed and enjoyed each others company. The house is wonderful - great bedrooms, air con, bathrooms, and outdoor area with all Amentities and thought behind what you need for your stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Please be mindful if bringing young children there is no fence leading to the canal. Wonderful Pool and spa with very nice clear and safe fencing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay for my sisters Hens retreat. We made good use of all the amenities- the pool, movie night tv/projector, the deck for morning Pilates and the coffee machine are some examples. The place was spacious enough for the 8 of us with lots of spots to just sit and relax. I do recommend bringing pillows and blankets for extra comfort or snuggling for a movie night on the couch. The hosts have been super helpful, kind and very quick to respond which has made the whole process so smooth from start to finish. I was messaged back almost instantly when I accidentally set off an alarm and before our stay was recommended where it was convenient for a tour shuttle to pick us up. We were even left lovely welcome gifts which were so appreciated. Overall the house was very clean, well equipped and felt like home away from home. I would recommend this place to any group for a peaceful, wholesome weekend away.

We loved our stay here! The yard was secure and large for our dog and front yard cricket! The house was so comfortable and clean with extra supplies of food that we appreciated, bbq and outdoor seating undercover, large tv, air conditioning in all rooms and lovely, comfortable beds, magnificent bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful house. We loved it so much last time, we had to come back. We had a lovely stay again this time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I'm sure we will be back again!

Great location, house is close the main road near shops/shopping plaza. Good range of amenities eg. Kayaks, pool, bikes, BBQ etc. The house was spacious and tidy which made us feel right at home. The hosts are very fast to respond which made it easy to communicate with them. I would highly recommend staying here

Amber's communication was flawless & her home was a Resort Oasis. We were impressed from the moment we arrived and will be all too happy to return to this little piece of paradise in the future.

This os the second time we stay at Martin's. We love the place because it's clean, peaceful and amazing. Its feels really private. We love the pool. And we love the flexibility of Martin regarding check-in. That allows you to enjoy full time!!! Thank you Martin. We will be back soon!

we had a great time staying here the location was perfect, we didn't use our car all week as we could walk to everything we needed, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we did have a slight issue checking in as the lock box was jammed and we couldnt access keys for a while however Courtney did everything she could to make up for the issue and provided another lock box during our stay. she was more then accommodating and kind and we had communications throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Courtney's property and herself as a host. we will be back for sure :D thank you.

We loved our stay. Samuel’s place had a lovely big balcony with gorgeous sea views. The Air Conditioners worked well in the bedrooms and along with the fans in every room we were very comfortable on the hot days. The beds were really comfortable with nice fresh linen and the kitchen had plentiful amenities. It takes about 10-15 min to walk along the beach side or road into the village which has a great variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. We also found the local buses were cheap and easy to explore the surrounding areas. I would not hesitate to recommend Samuel’s

Had a fantastic stay at Sam’s place. Location was great, with the Maroochy River across the street and a 10-15 walk to local cafes and shopping centre. Kids had a great time in the pool directly outside the unit and riding along riverside cycle paths. Quiet location, easy access to beaches, friendly neighbours. Unit contained everything we needed for our stay. Sam was a very helpful and responsive host. Would not hesitate to stay again.

My husband, myself and my 7 month old had a great stay at Manny’s place. The apartment had everything we needed including a cot and high chair. Super close to the pool, which was a big winner with our baby, who loved looking out when on the balcony (and also swimming). We definitely will be back for another holiday in the future

Our first air bnb stay and very impressed . Unit was very clean and facilities were close to everything. We walked everywhere and didn’t use our car all weekend . The pools were so nice . We were swimming at 730pm at night . Will definitely be back and have recommended it to our children . Very surprised to find tea/coffee , sugar and other items in the unit . Even though we took our own supplies and didn’t need them . Thankyou Thankyou .

Wendy and her husband are the best airbnb hosts we have ever had. They went the extra mile to make us feel right at home and provided us with excellent recommendations for the area. The house and location is absolutely incredible and very well kept, we would recommend as a place to stay for anyone😊

Cathy’s unit was perfect for our weeklong stay. It is easy walking distance from the unit to Maroochydore beach’s SLSC and the the still water of the Maroochy River. Cotton Tree’s shops are also very walkable. The unit itself was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. We highly recommend it.

one of the absolute best places to stay, my favourite on the coast! photos don't do the view any justice, it's absolutely stunning! Apartment is homey and has a great central location close to everything you could need. Matt is very welcoming too!

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

David was an extremely friendly and responsive host! The stay was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The instructions were very easy to follow and much appreciated! The seal-check in made checking in and out extremely easy and it’s a great location. We had an amazing stay!
