Even though I booked it just one day in advance Chiara was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very cosy, near the tram station and perfect for those that come with a car, because it has a private garage! Grazie mille, Chiara:)

What an amazing stay we had! I can’t recommend this AirBnb enough, we had such a good time! Irma is very sweet and caring, she was always approachable and helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean and has an AMAZING location in Siena.

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

Perfect location to visit Florence , with the tram right next to the apartment. The private and secure parking space is very nice too. We would recommend this listing!

What a location! 5-10 minute walk from everything and I mean everything. We even stopped by the airbnb while walking around everywhere because it was right there by the main bridge, museums and main shopping district. Also the balcony overlooks the river with a table and seats. One of the only balconies like that in the area. Soo spacious it was just me and my girlfriend there and it was a whole house in the middle of Florence which was a surprise. Full kitchen which we used. Checkout was so great she literally told us we had nothing to do! She was so responsive and tentative even checking in on us and giving us great recommendations- particularly where to get the best view which we did. This place was worth so much more than we paid, get it if you can.

We had a lovely stay in Agnese's beautiful and spacious apartment, embellished with beautiful art books. The apartment is well located, about ten minutes walk from the heart of Florence. Lots of charm with hardwood floors, beams, views of a small patio. (Just a small detail to report for the elderly, the stone staircase, quite steep, can be a little dangerous). But otherwise, apartment to recommend. Very good communication with Agnes and her dad Sergio, very nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Both beautiful and cozy, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated throughout. We felt right at home. Gorgeous views of the countryside. We were so lucky to take a pasta making class with Ema and Tammy, delicious! It was even more fun just getting to know them, they are so kind. We would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

Our stay at Simone's home was great! Communication was excellent from the beginning, flexible check-in and very easy to find the house. The neighborhood is very nice and the bus station, bakery and food store are less than one minute walk from the house. Simone was very kind to inform us about a train problem that would affect our journey and helped us find a solution. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you again soon!

First, your proactivity. A4 paper translated on one side of the apartment instructions and Detailed description one by one (you can forget about it in the description. It is stated in the manual again and again) Second, kindness Friendliness is usually covered in the body, so if you just treat it, you can feel it and hunt. I saw you for a while, but I have a lot to write in a review. However, I recommend that you try it yourself. Apartment, excellent accessibility by public transportation, it is desirable and comfortable, and first of all, I recommend staying here unconditionally ^ ^

Beautiful appartment, view of Tuscany hills, vineyards. Private parking, excellent location for exploring Tuscany by car. Fillipo was great, gave us plenty of information about places to visit. Hope to come back again one day.

Stunning apartment, in a great location, close to the light rail, restaurants, bars, supermarket. 20 minutes walking distance from the bustling city center. Spacious, clean and welcoming apartment. Super-friendly hosts. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent heating, hot water all the time, washing machine. There is a cozy balcony, on the back side of the building so it's very quiet. Perfect apartment for a long stay with all the necessities, I felt at home. I will definitely be back to the apartment.

The terrace is absolutely magical! One of the highlights of our trip was just sitting out there and looking out at Florence. The stairs are rough, but it’s worth it. Book it!!!

House in a strategic location, very close to the station. The main monuments are easily and conveniently accessible on foot, in any case the tram is very close. Being close to the station for the evening it is a little less convenient to take vehicles or get around on foot but the stretch is accessible by taxi at a low price. The house looks like the photos: very clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort, it feels like you're in your home. The host is great, friendly, helpful, and offers great communication. I had a great stay, highly recommended
