Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Montgomery County

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The house was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The location was perfect- close to restaurants and all the amenities. The host was super helpful and gave the great local tips. I’d recommend this place and also, definitely book this place again.

Daniel’s place was absolutely outstanding! The description and photos were spot-on, and the house itself was impeccably clean. It was such a treat to have a peaceful backyard and a driveway—rare finds in the DC area! The single-level, open floor plan made it easy for our family to relax, share meals, and enjoy games together over the holiday weekend. The house and neighborhood are lovely and quiet. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious living room and dining room. Well-equipped kitchen, though some of the appliances are fairly complicated to operate -- specific instructions in English on how they work would be helpful. Street parking is not available most of the time so use of the rear carport space is essential and make sure you get the remote opener from the owner.

We brought our 4 teenagers and spent a few days experiencing DC. The townhouse was set up very well for our stay and everyone had a good place to sleep. The hosts were very responsive and made the stay comfortable. I loved backing up to the walking path, and the access to the Metro was a super quick walk or drive.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

This Airb&b was a great value for our group stay. It was in a nice quiet area . The Airb&b is even more beautiful in person. Dominic was very responsive to our needs and when we needed help with the lock pad. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay at this cozy spot.

This charming studio was perfect for my stay! It was cozy, peaceful, extremely clean, and very easy to find. The hosts were always responsive, and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is the nicest Airbnb that we’ve stayed in. It’s a serene cottage in a wooded estate outside Frederick, MD. The views are stunning, and the decour is luxurious and cozy. The Frederick restaurant scene is just 15 minutes away. I definitely recommend it, and hope to be back for another getaway.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the University of Maryland campus and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting UMD or Washington, DC, and I would love to stay there again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! Gale was gracious and patient. The place was just perfect for our needs. We loved the breakfast nook. The driveway we missed when we arrived but luckily she explained how to turn in and we were able to find it. The backyard was private and had lots of greenery. You did not feel like you were in the middle of a city.

This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

Jan’s place really exceeded my expectations. This is perfect for a short stay the location is great. Everything is right around the corner. I felt right at home and I would actually prefer to stay here than a hotel any day everything was brand new. The bed was very comfortable. Very big TV nice table, very nice kitchen utensils and she even had water, snacks, tea and coffee available. Everything I needed was there and I like the fact that you had access to the entire backyard/Patio. I’ll definitely add this to my list of places to stay the next time. I’m in the area. Thank You

Everything was great. Parking was a little challenging just to find a space but it all worked out okay . Especially since we had a short stay .

This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

Couldn’t have been better. The family I bought with me loved how it felt. The children watched TV at night & played games. I could tell a lot of thought went in to renovating the basement apartment. Lots of light from outside and inside. Ease in entry and exit with number pad. If you may have left something, most likely previous guests have left in frig. Kuerig coffee & tea provided. All new appliances. Fabulous shower with an adjustable shower head and a large square shower head. Will stay here in future visits to DC!

The house is as described full of amenities. I particularly enjoyed the piano and sauna. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for everything

This is a beautiful clean and safe home with plenty of space and accommodations like washer n dryer and full marble kitchen. The bust stop is less than a 5 mins walk and overall I had a great time here. Thank you!

Awesome, nice stay

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. My partner, two dogs and I had a wonderful stay here. First and foremost, the home was on a quiet, beautiful street, and the home itself was lovely and as described. Plenty of nooks and crannies to curl up with a book, do some work, or just ponder. It is a easily drivable to the metro and to plenty of things in and around Bethesda to do. Second, Kate was a great host. Very accommodating, incredibly nice, and always responsive. Two key points for travelers: 1. We are dog owners and travel frequently with our dogs. If you are too, we particularly recommend Kate as she was accommodating of our dogs (even let us know of the treat stash), which is very important. 2. Relatedly, if you are not a dog person, you should still stay here because there was absolutely no evidence that any dog had ever stayed there (not that we would mind, but we understand others may). No dog fur, not dog stains, no dog smell. The place was pristine. So don't let the positive review dogs, concern you. A+++
