Kris's Airbnb was a wonderful place to land when we came to the Trump inauguration in Washington D.C. The place was spotless, and we loved having a kitchen with a dishwasher and all the amenities they promised. We highly recommend reservations with Kris.

The unit was spacious and inviting. The unit was so clean. Thank you. Having a TV was a plus as I was traveling solo. The neighborhood was so quiet -- I slept really well. The bed was extremely comfortable. Pillows: I truly appreciated the variety of firmnesses of the bed pillows (there was something for everyone) This is something other airbnbs miss even if there are multiple pillows on the bed. The shower was spacious and the water heated up so quickly. As I came home late and freezing, a hot shower wes just what I needed to get a good night's sleep in that comfy bed. The proximity to the bus stop(s) and a few eateries was a big plus. I'm glad other reviewers mentioned this, because it is why I chose this rental. It made a big difference due to inclement weather. I would have spent a mint on UBERs if it wasn't such a short walk to grab a bite or catch the bus. Thank you for making my too short visit to DC so comfortable and restful!

Excellent place and wonderfully friendly host who said hi and were responsive, but also not overbearing. Totally perfect combo! Would definitely stay again. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable. All in all, A+!

This was the perfect spot for my son's campus visit to American. Comfortable beds, clear instructions, access to public transit--it was a great stay!

Trish is a SUPER host. She was so accommodating and helpful to us during our stay. She went above and beyond expectations and we had the sincere pleasure of meeting her and her beautiful English Spaniels on several occasions. She made local recommendations and had the place set up with breakfast for us, which was invaluable due to an arrival near midnight and an early morning appointment. She offered us all sorts of information and advice and we felt like fast friends within a very short time. One of the nicest hosts we have yet to encounter. A great stay all around!

Was great for a weekend stay in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy to find and the place was clean and accurate to listing.

This was our first time using Airbnb and we were very pleased. The place was very private, clean, close to the Metro station and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. Rodrigo was very kind and helpful. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book with him again.

Nice neighborhood great beds made me and my family feel comfortable

We had a great time staying with Felix and Sara. It was exactly what we needed during our home renovation. Very convenient and the perfect size and location for us. Felix and Sara and their family were super communicative and accommodating. We so appreciated having a comfortable place to stay with everything we needed during a stressful time.

Chris’ place was exactly as described. She was so accommodating, left us croissants, bottled water and a cute little note and flowers. We got a chance to meet her as we were heading out one day at the same time and she’s so easygoing, friendly, and hospitable. If you want a non-corporate/non-hotel cozy local experience, you’ll want to stay here. It’s a couple of blocks from the Metro and very walkable.

A clean, quiet, space. There is a nice desk and chair. The bed was comfortable. Ruth provided a few extra kitchen items I needed. She and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

Our stay was pretty decent. We got to do and see everything that we wanted to. We were in a prime location near the metro which was super convenient.

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

Grisel has a lovely place that made me feel at home. I like the fact that I had a separate washroom. Don’t think twice about booking this place.

Mahmoud is a wonderful, warm, and welcoming host, with a nice place to stay. And since it can be hard to know ahead of time when we come from elsewhere (I live in Atlanta and know nothing about Restin, but I had a job interview nearby), I can confirm his apartment is in a safe neighborhood.

Cecelia’s basement apartment was an excellent space for our group - affordable and clean! Our host was responsive and even proactive in making sure the walk was taken care of when winter weather hit during our stay!

Peaceful quiet place, and so convenient to the Metro! Room was spotless and nicely decorated - and (very important) the mattress and bedding were comfortable. Claudia is an excellent host. Really enjoyed it and would stay here again.
