Monthly Rentals in Montecito

Jennie's guesthouse is SPECTACULAR. This was our second stay while in the area visiting our son at college. The extra touches like the fresh eggs from the chickens and the vegetables and herbs from the garden make this place so amazing. We have stayed at all the 5 Star hotel and resort properties in Montecito and Santa Barbara, but Jennie's place is on another level. Don't hesitate!

Of all the Airbnb's we have stayed in, this was the most outstanding. The location was exceptional, within easy walking to downtown Montecito, to Butterfly Beach and Miramar Beach. The setting of the property was superb, the backyard so special with a fountain, fire pit, outdoor shower and grill. But mostly we loved the interior - so minimally stylish and upscale, fabulous kitchen, handsome steel windows and folding doors. We will definitely be back.

Bobbie's place was great and very walkable to the shops and restaurants in Montecito! We were able to walk over to Butterfly beach and the Rosewood hotel.

Lovely stay in this cute little studio. Best part was being able to walk over to Montecito Country Mart for breakfast, shopping, and dinner. Also loved the proximity to Butterfly Beach. Would definitely stay here again!
