The pictures really don't do it justice. We had an amazing time and there's so much around the area to see, we've not even scratched the surface. We'll definitely be coming back.

The cabin is set in a beautiful location and is roomy and well equipped. Even in February we were cosy and warm. There are thoughtful touches like board games which we enjoyed playing. There was a handy guide to local restaurants and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend Tessa’s cabin , Thank you Rose & Adrian

This was our third stay at the lovely barn and I’m sure we will be back in future. Lots of character, beautiful, peaceful surroundings with a few pubs within a couple of miles walk. Diana was a great host as ever, overall another very enjoyable stay.

I stayed in the Summerhouse for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Set in a beautiful garden with fields around, it's so cosy and well-designed with everything you need including a full size fridge with freezer box, crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs, tea and coffee, fresh milk, orange juice and butter for the delicious home made bread delivered to me on my 1st morning. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. It's only a few steps to the house to use the toilet and bathroom and the path is extremely well lit if it's dark. Jacqui and David were perfect hosts, super friendly and they offered lots of useful advice, but not intrusive and Barney the gorgeous cocker spaniel is a delight. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's a perfect location for visiting Hereford, the Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean and is one of the best value and most friendly Airbnb's that I've stayed in 😊

Wonderful long weekend at Flagstone Cottage, the most peaceful place we’ve ever been, no car noises whatsoever and beautiful scenery. Cottage was exactly as described. We asked for the BBQ to come back out and Clare actually brought out all the outside furniture for us to use which was a nice surprise when we got back from our day trip. Our 5yo daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom and being able to have multiple baths a day (we only have a shower at home). The walk from Llanthony Priory up Hatterhall hill is amazing and the pint in the priory grounds at the end was very scenic and rewarding! Hay-On-Wye is well worth a visit, Abergavenny also.

Sure! Here’s your updated review: Cozy and Comfortable Stay We had a wonderful short stay at the old Dairy. The place was warm, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was great, making it easy to explore the area. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow, which made our arrival seamless. Sue was always on hand if we needed anything, which was reassuring. Overall, a fantastic experience—would definitely recommend!

I had a beautiful few days to myself walking and meditating in the mountains. Elizabeth's cosy little nest was the perfect place from which to climb and head down the valley to the river. The bed is super comfy and the fresh spring water felt like a gift. Elizabeth is lovely, so helpful, and I recommend her place highly.

The cottage was an excellent base for our hill walks, either direct or following a short drive. The setting was tranquil, with great views of nearby hills. The accommodation was comfortable, homely and all we needed. A real 'find'.

Pat's flat is a lovely comfy place to stay near symonds yat, monmouth, Ross, etc. very friendly hosts and great comms. thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here, the photos don't do it justice! Gorgeous home thats kept very well with unique touches. We loved the well stocked kitchen, piano addition and cosy atmosphere. The rooms were all large and bright too. The surroundings are gorgeous and you can walk from the house on a public walk, and very easy to drive to local places. We hired a masseuse to come for the day which was amazing and we'd really recommend: Catrin Houston - Massage Therapy Thanks Sophia, it was gorgeous and we feel very well rested!

From the moment we booked communication was amazing. Upon arrival was made to feel at home with a little welcome package. Was amazing holiday. The only negative which couldn’t be helped was no hot water though he really did try and get this sorted. He kept us up to date with the repairs and even though wasn’t sorted we had the most amazing time some things you can’t help and can’t foresee happening. Was one of the best places to get together as a family and to just relax and enjoy time together. Thank you dan for being amazing your home is stunning and really is well loved.

Had a great time at this cozy cabin amidst beautiful setting. Clive was very friendly; because of the remote location of the property, he offered to meet us in the town to escort us to the cabin which was very helpful. The cabin was comfy with a log burner and views of the surrounding mountain. The kitchen could have been kept in a better condition, other than this we had an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend for those looking for absolute peace away from the city hustle bustle!

Great stay at Clare’s lovely place. She was a great host and communication was fantastic. The cottage was exactly how described and couldn’t have been more cosy and inviting. Recommend highly and we hope to return again.

Could not recommemd sugar loaf barn more. Sheri sent over clear directions prior to our stay and we had no issues finding the place. The barn had everything we needed, including plates and cutlery for our toddler. The welsh cakes were a lovely touch The open plan downstairs was perfect for our toddler to run around. The location was great, so incredibly peaceful and perfect for a trek up sugar loaf. Would definitely return.

Spent a weekend here with my boyfriend and it was an absolutely gorgeous place. The underfloor heating was an amazing extra and the amenities of the place were perfect for self catering all weekend. Host was so quick with her responses. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic Airbnb! We have stayed in a fair few and this is definitely one of the best we have stayed in, for the location, size and definitely amenities! It was great to have everything we needed already there to compliment what we'd brought! The barn itself is a phenomenal space; we were really lucky with the weather and were treated to some amazing star gazing and sunset! The kids play area was lovely and our little one had a fantastic time playing as well as saying hello to the cows and chickens! Would highly recommend and would love to return in the future!

We had a lovely Christmas stay at Porth y Parc. Enjoyed the space and coziness of the property. Everything you need plus a few welcome extras like fresh eggs and mince pies. Beautiful countryside with walks from the door but only five minutes to the town. Perfect!

Nagi & Victoria’s place was perfect for us and a great walking holiday with our two dogs. The accommodation has excellent space outside to let your four legged friends free roam and inside is a well laid out space allowing for both family time and self time. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is the perfect hideaway but with easy access to towns, cities and the Forest of Dean. Once on the farm you can enjoy stunning views and absolute peace tucked away in a simple but lovely cottage. I found the owners to be very friendly and helpful. Please take the time to read the owners manual especially if you are bringing a dog or have never used a log burner before.

The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The host answered all our questions promptly. There was useful information about what to do and where to eat. We had a great time celebrating a significant birthday with family and friends, in a very pretty part of Wales.
