Vacation rentals in Mongardino Grotta

We had a dream of a stay at Alessandra and Ludovico’s home. The beauty of the space and the surrounding landscape takes one’s breath away. And two warmer hosts, we never have met !

Perfect apartment in great location! We felt very comfortable!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

This is a beautifully appointed villa with unique and really special mid-century decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces are better than they look in the photos. You are perched on a hilltop in a nice residential area, but there is plenty of privacy. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the villa. What is even more special about this place was the host. Andrea was incredibly gracious with his time and recommendations. If you are looking for an Emilia Romagna countryside stay, I would highly recommend. You need a car, but day trips to Modena, Bologna, and Parma are very do-able. We explored parmesan cheese making, balsamic vinegar production, and of course wine! The Ferarri Museum is also fairly close by and there is wonderful food everywhere!

Margherita is a wonderful host! Everything was perfect! The house is a dream! Beautiful, well-kept, clean. It feels like you're at home. Thank you, we had a great time and we'll be back.

The stay was wonderful! Very nice reception by Everest, lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment, quiet location and welcoming environment for hikes or mountain bike tours. I arrived by train. From the train station in Lama di Reno you can easily reach the apartment in 20 minutes. However, it goes a little uphill :)) The nearest supermarket is in Marzabotto, but the shopping can also be easily combined with a small hike along the barely driven road. New beautiful views are always opening up! Thank you very much, I'd love to come back! :))

Fantastic stay - the tower has incredible views!

We stayed for one month on a working holiday with our three dogs. The place and the area are beautiful and there are nice places to walk with dogs. The internet connection worked well and is fast enough for remote working and Netflix. We loved the wood burning owens and the pizza owen is very good! We realy enjoyed our stay! :)
