In the secluded garden is found: small "summer" guest cottage with 2 staggered bunks. Outdoor shower, gas grill, Mexican oven. Terrace on all sides of the house.

Roneklint and the small fine island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house there is the most beautiful view over fields and forest and a lot of amazing nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the setting for a kitchen-living room and a large living room with stunning views. Both rooms have access to the garden and there are several options for eating outside. The first floor has 4 bedrooms. On repos is a TV room, table and a toilet.
