We had a wonderful time at Riccardo's! The stay has allowed us to experience the sea fully and very comfortably. The view as well as the proximity to the sea is something priceless. The house has everything a family may need. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay, very well decorated, great pool and lots of interesting things to discover in the area. We felt very comfortable with Paola and Giorgio. Only the neighboring cats came very often to eat on the terrace.

The great advantage of the property is its amazing view. You can see that there is attention to detail and that everything is clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly, they welcomed us and reserved parking for us so that we could comfortably take our things home. They also made contact and made sure that everything was okay. We are a couple with a toddler and a bed for toddlers was waiting for us even though we didn't ask for it and it was really nice. We really appreciate the care, attention to detail and response. The location is good but if you come with a baby/toddler, keep in mind that getting around is via stairs or by car. If you want to get to the city, it's a little less convenient, but we managed with it.

Excellent living experience. Convenient location: supermarket, bakery, bar (a tip for a superb breakfast "Milk and Coffee" Corso Gelone 22) equidistant -10/15 '- from Ortigia and Archaeological Park. The apartment is cozy, quiet and fully equipped. Anna was kind, very helpful for our check-in and check-out needs and prompt in answering our questions. Definitely recommended.

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

Alessandro is a nice, helpful and attentive person. We found the apartment very clean and equipped with everything we needed as a family. It's about a 15-minute walk to Ortigia. Park the car and run without any problems.

Summer vacation of absolute relaxation! We stayed at this facility in the 4th week of July. The house, newly built, offers all the comforts a family wants , especially with the presence of children, taking into account immediate access to the beach, bordered by only one gate. Equally appreciated was the green garden space, well cared for, including the presence of games and the beach equipment available to guests. A note of merit also for the managers/owners of the house, courteous and available to meet any need as soon as possible. The house also enjoys a great location, strategic to reach the towns of Avola, Noto and Ortigia, all almost equidistant from the structure (about 15/20 km) As for walking in the area, Fontane Bianche certainly does not allow excellent pedestrian mobility, but there are still essential services, bars, markets, restaurants, etc.

Vincenzo was the ULTIMATE host! The patio and views from his home were exactly like the photos - it was so peaceful and relaxing to sit outside and watch the waves. Vincenzo went the extra mile with us to help us get from one location to the next, in fact he took time to drive us himself to ensure we got to our final destination. I've never experience such hospitality! Couldn't recommend more! Cheers to next time!

For our first trip to the south of Sicily, my husband and our children aged 6 and 8 have chosen this lovely place because it seemed to meet all our needs, and once we reached it was beyond our expectations. The the house is nestled in an olive grove, private pool and always clean, equipped with a soccer/tennis court where we could all have fun together. The house is very large, equipped with everything, nothing is missing! The outdoor space is very large, comfortable, and well cared for. Tina and her husband were immediately very welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The oil they produce is really great. Highly recommended.

We appreciated the personal contact with Nataliya and Francesco very much. When there was a small problem with the super new oven, they offered their own oven to grill our melanzani. Thank you again!! Also for your valuable recommendations as to fishmonger, restaurants, supermarket. We felt very much at home. We really enjoyed our sunny breakfasts on the street side terrace, meeting very friendly neighbours.

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Superb apartment and location in the heart of Ortigia, very clean and modern, with everything you may need even for a longer stay. Communication was great and we had a fantastic time.

A beautifully designed and very comfortable place to stay. In the centre of things but very quiet. The hosts met us there to show us everything and then sent local recommendations which we followed and were very happy with. They were very friendly. A lot of thought has gone into this apartment, it’s in very good taste and it’s a pleasure to spend time in. They left us oranges, tea, coffee etc. Also nice toiletry’s . We loved it and recommend it highly.

Fantastic getaway in Solarino. Well placed for day trips to anywhere in Sicily. Great host. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Plenty of amenities. Couldn’t ask for more.

Giorgia was very kind both in welcoming and resolving every small problem. The place is not large but for two people it is perfect: it has everything, even the iron and iron, a small clothes rack with pins and...the dryer! The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and these are new and very functional pots and utensils; there is a coffee machine and ...oil, vinegar, sugar, even oregano! In short, it's a "real" home. It is also a really beautiful house, perfectly renovated in every detail, with exposed tuff blocks, which make the atmosphere warm and golden. Particularly well cared for is the lighting that manages to expand the spaces; as well as the ventilation system that solves the problems related to the presence of only one window Here you are in the historic center of one of the most beautiful cities in the world and, once you return home you continue to live, despite all the modern comforts, in the Sicilian Baroque.
