Great place right on the beach. It’s small but perfect for what you pay! We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.

Kostas is a fantastic host. His place is exactly as advertised and he goes above and beyond with detailed check-in instructions and local recommendations. The little touches are evident throughout his home and provide a fun experience. And the beds are fantastic! Fully adjustable and with great pillows. This was a huge benefit during our stay and definitely made the whole trip better with everyone sleeping so well. Definitely recommend Kostas and his home, and will be looking to stay here again when we’re back in San Diego. Thank you!

John is an awesome host! The place is exactly how it shows on the pictures! Extremely clean, fantastic views of the city from every room, including the areal view of Patco Park stadium. Unfortunately there were no games played during my stay but, it would have been a perfect spot to watch it. The view from the roof top is just breathtaking!! John's response time is right-away, his recommendations for the restaurants etc., were just perfect for me and my friends! When I go back to SD again, I will stay at this place for sure! You may want to book ahead of time because, it is a popular place and you don't want to miss it. Awesome job John, look forward to stay at your place again next time I am in town!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Very convenient location with skyline views and parking. Beds are comfortable and you have access to laundry. This is full time residence in case that makes you uncomfortable.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

I thought the photos in the add undersold the place. It was more charming and fresh that I had imagined. The art was bright and uplifting. Loved being so close to the boardwalk. Street noise was part of the environment when on the porch, but we slept just fine.

I unfortunately got sick during this stay and ended up making a bit of a mess as a result. Diana was very understanding and responsive - not to mention extraordinarily gracious. Wish my stay didn’t have that - but otherwise it was extraordinary!

Great place to stay with my family for a week while celebrating a wedding. Location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and both the bay side and ocean side beaches. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our needs. The baby gates at each stairway were a very welcomed feature. A large dining table allowed us plenty of space for eating and later playing cards. The house was clean, well stocked and Michael very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we were back that way!

If you are headed to SoCal, the. You MUST stay here. The location is fantastic and the home is beautiful. It was absolutely everything we hoped it would be. Our favorite part was the ability for us to spread out between the different floors for both alone time and family time.

This is a great location, a block from the beach and PLENTY of food options breakfast through dinner within walking distance. Bustling during the day but quiet during the evening/night, it was a great home for our family vacation. Harry & Geetha were extremely responsive and answered all questions/needs that came up during our stay, 5/5 experience!

Amazing Stay in Pacific Beach – Perfect for Our Soccer Trip! My son and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb while in San Diego for his soccer tournament. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, yet close enough to the action. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we could ask for. The bed and sofa was comfortable, the WiFi was fast (great for my son’s downtime), and the space felt like a true home away from home. Parking was easy, which was a huge plus. Our host Ricardo was fantastic—very responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Pacific Beach, this is it.

I'm almost hesitant to say publicly how much we liked this place... It was a great location, just a short walk from coffee shops, restaurants, bodegas, etc. It had direct access to the bay AND fantastic views from every bedroom. It was super kid-friendly coming stocked essentials for our young kids. We've stayed in 5 different places in Mission Beach and this was by far our favorite!

Ben's home was everything we hoped it would be for our Point Loma holiday vacation. From the harbor views in every room, to the fully stocked kitchen and living room setup for cooking and lounging, to the walkability to the Point Loma village—this stay was simply perfect. Ben was so personable and friendly upon check in, and gave us a helpful run down of everything we’d need to know for our stay. The home was pristine and Ben’s care and attention to detail really stood out. We highly recommend Ben's lovely home.

Beautiful home and location with ocean views in La Jolla. Short uber ride to downtown and several great restaurants within walking distance and a fantastic beach! Would highly recommend!

This stay was absolutely awesome! Mark is the best and was easily reachable. Also, the location is INSANE and very walkable to Ocean Beach. It was a super memorable weekend. I highly recommend.

Maria was always available when I needed to speak to speak to her. She is a warm and professional person. The place was just beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was easy. The ocean view was magical.The place was quiet and restful. We are coming back in May for my birthday. I can’t wait to return. It is the ideal spot to vacation. I would recommend anyone to schedule a vacation with Maria.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo - the views are unparalleled and watching the sunset here was absolutely gorgeous. Sue and Makela were so quick to respond to any questions and their detailed instructions made the condo easy to find and navigate. There are so many bedrooms to accommodate space for a large group and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, the PB pier, dolphins (binocular provided), and the best boardwalk in San Diego. The boardwalk has a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, charming beach houses, and gift shops and it stretches for miles along the ocean. The underground parking was fine for our RAV4 and there is plenty of street parking nearby. It was surprisingly quiet at night with respectful neighbors. The jacuzzi was decent with hot water, strong jets, and fits four comfortably. The bed was very comfortable and the firmness can be adjusted. We loved our stay there with the waves soothing us, surfers, sunsets, dolphins, and the best walks by the ocean.

Our stay was wonderful. You already know from the pictures that the view is amazing, but in person it’s even better. The location was excellent - within walking distance of grocery stores, clothes shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee shops, etc. The apartment was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of pillows, towels, and toilet paper. We were greeted with a delightful plate of fresh fruit. Great place in an excellent location.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property with stunning ocean views! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Our host Emmy was incredibly friendly, prompt, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to visit again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect stay!

The location was great for all the activities we had planned., walking and biking right outside your door. The parking is very tight but we got used to it and never left any scratches on the next vehicle. ;) We found San Diego in general very expensive.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the host, Nick. This Airbnb had everything you could possibly need for a week long stay. It was impeccably clean, and the wall to wall views of the ocean were incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture, including the bed, were extremely comfortable- coming from someone who doesn’t sleep well away from home. Pacific Beach was a lovely area with lots to do and minutes from San Diego attractions. The building was super safe and secure. Nick was a very proactive and attentive host. I knew I would enjoy my trip, but this place far exceeded my expectations and I’m already trying to figure out when I can come back! Thank you. *10/10*
