Really enjoyed the bay views!! The unit was perfect for what I needed this spring break from work and school

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

This was the cleanest most comfortable rental we've ever had. Quiet, comfortable, ceiling fans, new windows and very oretty interior. Great pillows too which is rare. No outdoor space but the bay is 4 doors away. We didnt have a car which might have been a challenge to park but the Circuit took us everywhere we coukdnt walk!

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

This spot was adorable. Close to the bay and a block over from shops and restaurants. The inside was so cute and very comfy. I definitely recommend this spot. Just keep in mind, this is a high traffic area for homeless individuals. I kept my car empty and once inside i had no issues. The building is secure and because it’s on the second floor i felt very safe.

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

This place is perfect mix of near everything and away from everything. Comfortable bed, great deck and view, quiet.

Johnathan place was fantastic. We booked last minute and Johnathan was able to accommodate my family of 7. The place was clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds. The back patio was also nice. The kids enjoyed the hot tub while I was out fishing. I did bring my own boat. We did catch largemouth, striper and catfish off the back dock. About 15 mins boat idle speed to fast water for those of you who are planning to bring your own vessel. Would stay again.

This place is amazing and such a nice retreat not too far north of the bay area. Often you find an Airbnb that isn’t fully equipped for cooking, bathing, living, etc. but this house is truly “turn key” and has everything you need. Add the grill and backyard space along the lake, and the arcade games, and it makes for a wonderful stay. We would love to stay again and again in the future whenever we need a quick break from the city.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

This home was absolutely perfect. Spotless and clean with very cozy furniture. Our family had to cut our trip short due to an illness, but we loved the home! We especially liked the dock in the back. We saw a big school of jelly fish swimming by. I HIGHLY recommend this home. We wish we could have finished our time there, and look forward to getting there again!

We stayed @ Jaysa’s place for 3 nights with 5 adults & 1 small dog. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and is well stocked with spices, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, etc. there are 2 full baths (1 is en-suite in the twin beds room) with lots of towels, beach towels, toilet paper, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, etc. Every room had a wall mounted heater & there is a gas fireplace so even thought it was cold outside, we were very warm & comfortable inside. The jacuzzi was very nice & it was already turned on & hot when we arrived!!! I definitely recommend you check out Jaysa’s place if you’re ever in Guerneville!

Lots of space to spread out. Great view and access to water. Kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed. Sarah is very responsive.

I really enjoyed it, especially sitting out on the dock in the moonlight at night. Just enjoy nature very quiet and serene. The location is on a canal of the San Francisco Bay Delta river I believe. it’s on the Sacramento river correct me if I’m wrong. The amazing thing that probably 20 to 25 miles away via the river system is Stockton California, which is 50 miles inland is also a port city they bring large ships down this river system. Remind me a lot of Key Largo, where I’m from with no ocean, but it has beautiful water, I really enjoyed it there and thank you for sharing it with me.

Very nice condo with outstanding views of the ocean. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and the location allowed us to walk to restaurants and clubs, as well as to drive to many attractions across the city very easily within 30 minutes. Having the assigned parking spot was especially nice. We would definitely stay at Maria's condo again.

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

The place at Mission Beach was cozy and comfortable for a family of three. We settled right in and the hosts were friendly and responsive when we communicated with them. Great location as well with tons of things to do for kids of all ages.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. We enjoyed staying at Justin’s place. The communication was great via email. The location was right on the beach and boardwalk. There are several restaurants within walking distance including breakfast places. There’s plenty of nightlife around the area if you’re looking for that. Even though you could hear some of the noise from the nightlife in the front bedroom, it couldn’t be heard from the master and it wasn’t distracting inside the condo. We could hear the sound of the ocean from the master bedroom, which was relaxing. The kitchen was new and clean as well as the bathroom counters. The master shower needs an update and maybe new bedroom carpet, but are still acceptable. The beds were really comfortable. He provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and paper towels. It was just as described on the listing. It’s not the fanciest place I’ve rented, but it was spacious and very convenient, plus parking was included. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Glenna's place on Mission Bay. It's a spacious apartment, incredibly well equipped. With kids there was everything. The Garage is perfect to not stress about parking. Walk right out onto the bay, walk two blocks and be on the oceanside. Good food and coffee locations, playground across the street. Strongly recommend.
