Guesthouse vacation rentals in Minnesota River

This is a great location, the place is as advertised, and things like heat, plumbing, TV and smart speakers work great. The space has a lot of natural light via big windows, and both shades and curtains to use when needed.

We stayed at Julie's place to be near the state park, where our children were camping. Her place is beautiful, convenient, comfortable, and included an incredible breakfast and wonderful conversations. I was a little concerned about sharing spaces with people we didn't know, but found the other guests were perfectly delightful. We will definitely stay with Julie again!

My stay at ‘the Bunkie’ was amazing! The bed was comfortable and there was everything you needed to have a nice stay. Vicki is a good host and welcomes you with a warm heart. The surrounding is beautiful and the view on the lake amazing. I’ve had a wonderful time. Wendy, the Netherlands

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at! Beautiful house and surroundings. Julie was an amazing host, made sure we had everything we needed. Even baked us a pizza! The breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus! We felt right at home. I would highly recrecommend this place if your ever in the area! Easy to find, affordable, the most caring host, and much more comfortable than a hotel would be.

Julie and her husband were the most gracious of hosts! She was super helpful every step of the way, and was such a kind soul. Her husband was kind enough to set up the hot tub for us even though it was later in the evening, and made us a delicious breakfast at the time we asked the following morning. Absolutely recommend them and this gem of a spot!

Great little spot. Nicely located between both downtown St.Paul and downtown Minneapolis and Uptown. Everything went well with no issues. Comfortable, homey feeling. I enjoyed it very much!! Definitely recommend!!

We traveled up to determine if we wanted to move to Minnesota. Lucy's house was a perfect place for us to get a feel of the area. We loved the style of everything, the size, and the amenities were perfect for our family stay. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting a centralized location on a beautiful street.

Great space for a get together. Very clean and close to a lot of fun areas. The bathroom is really nice and there is a big bath, but because of the shape of the walls, the shower head is really short, so you have to sit to shower, which there is a little shower bench provided. Overall the space is organized really well and I would definitely stay here again!

Cedar Hills was absolutely amazing! The area was beautiful and super peaceful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy quiet getaway!

I really enjoyed my time staying at Abi's. The apartment is spacious and airy and clean - something not always easy to do with what is essentially a basement apartment. There is a cozy feel to the place. I enjoyed my down time lounging in the apartment reading. It is quite quiet, even being located just off a major street. This is a great space for exploring NE Minneapolis. I was visiting friends who lived not far away, and we could easily rendezvous to go tour around the twin cities. There are loads of places to eat and visit within a short distance. There are two really good cafes (Walden and Mojo) just a short walk away. There is no shortage of places to eat within walking distance, and the diversity of the neighborhood is on display.

This rental was exactly what my friends and I were looking for in an after-holiday catch up gathering. It was cozy with two living room style seating areas and all the kitchen amenities needed to have a nice dinner together. The projection TV is a bonus for watching movies or binging your favorite show. The beds were comfortable, and the place was very neat and clean. Mike and Terri have created a space showing their love of travel with very nice touches in every area. The bathroom had hotel like toiletries should you forget yours, they left chocolates out and their homemade spices as a gift to take home. The few questions we had, they were very attentive to and quick to offer solutions. Their property is serene being in the country and I imagine how beautiful it must be in the spring/summer/fall seasons. We will definitely put this on our list for another girl-time catch up. It's a great place to look out and appreciate the countryside.

The boathouse was cute and very clean. We stayed here with our dog and enjoyed every second! You can’t beat watching the sunrise on the lake from bed. Kristy and Casey were very helpful and nice! There were so many options on things to do while there. We had a spectacular time and we can’t say enough good things!

Have family in the area, so very familiar with the neighborhood. The restaurants are great, local grocery store across the street, and all in walking distance. Very cozy accommodation, perfect for 2 people.

Nick was super responsive and always so helpful whenever I had any questions. The location is beautiful, with it only being about a mile away from the lake - lots of amazing sidewalks, which made training for my marathon out of state really smooth and nice. House was clean and well stocked. Walking distances from a lot of things. Lots of dogs and dog park in the area for those bringing their furry friends. Just overall a really nice space.

I had a great 3 week stay at Scott's place. The apartment was really cute, quiet, comfortable, cozy and private! Scott was a great host, friendly and responsive. Great location, easily accessible to Mpls and St. Paul, with restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries within walking distance. My dog enjoyed the trails along the creek and around the lakes, we got many miles of beautiful walks in every day. We will definitely stay again next time we travel to the twin cities.

This place was a perfect spot if you’re looking for something calm, cozy, and out of the way but still in the cities. It was exactly as described and it’s a perfect space for two people there are plenty places within walking distance and close by. The TVs had all of the needed applications on them. There’s also a beautiful bathroom set up and a lot of things were put together and apart from the place itself. Shawn was very responsive, kind and thoughtful he came up with things for me and my partner to do during our trip gave good suggestions was more than happy to help make accommodations when needed and made my vacation feel very complete. Overall made for a peaceful vacation :)

This place was great, perfect for a large family or in my case wind turbine work. I recommend calling the Alibi ahead of time outside of the app and speak to the host directly, you won’t regret it.

I was a little confused about where our entrance was based off the pictures we were shown. However Brittany answered my text and phone call right away to help us get in. Other than that, everything was great at the house.
