Wonderful place to stay! The house is cozy, clean, and exactly as described. All the furniture and appliances are in great condition. We loved the stylish interior and attention to detail. The neighborhood is quiet, with convenient access to shops and local attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. Highly recommend it!

Adam is a terrific host and the place is perfect. Working away from home has its challenges, and we get tired of staying in a hotel. This rental is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is amazing! We will always try to stay here when working in this area. We like it so much we already booked it again!

First off, the bathroom has the largest sink I’ve ever seen. You could give a baby a bath in that sucker. Jokes aside, this was a wonderful stay! Walt and Ruthie made the place feel like home and were very kind and hospitable, and even brought us freshly baked bread one morning! The apartment is laid out beautifully and tastefully decorated, and was squeaky clean upon arrival. The electric fireplace was greatly enjoyed as well. We’ll definitely look for Walt and Ruthie’s place on our next skiing trip to Snow Trails. Bonus: two wonderful and friendly dogs that greet you upon arrival!!

Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of downtown Ashland. Nicely sized for group of 4 or 5 or less. will definitely stay again, no question
