Luxury Studio on Broadway with OUTDOOR SPACE @ UWS

Absolutely excellent in every way. I lived in NYC for a long time, so I know what to expect at this price point in this neighborhood. This FAR EXCEEDED those expectations. Yes, the apartment is tiny, but this is NYC! And it is perfectly arranged. The common areas in the building--downstairs lounge, rooftop garden (enormous), gym, laundry room, lobby--give you so much bonus space. The doormen are super helpful and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Ofer responds rapidly to any questions or requests. All around excellent.

Charming Chelsea 1 bedroom

James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

(A)Relax Private double bedroom $2300 to$3100

Great location, convenient to Whole Foods, Little Spain, the Highline, Hudson Yards, Moynihan Train Station, Starbucks and subway options galore within 2 blocks. Bargain rate. Hosts are very kind, considerate, and communicative. Great arrival experience. They literally took my luggage up the two flights of stairs. I was so appreciative. Room is good size, with small desk, and great natural light with very large windows! My Room was right across from the same sex shared bathroom, and it was super convenient and kept clean by guests and hosts. The only setback was that my room was very noisy right above a tunnel/highway offramp. Since I am a light sleeper, I could not sleep ideally. Doris was very accommodating, she offered me a quieter room without the noise, and shared an app to help me sleep, etc. If you are a light sleeper, I would just make sure hosts book you the quieter rooms. Room looks the same as in photo.

Great location. Clean room. Equipped kitchen. I wish they cleaned the bathroom/shower more often though. I'd definitely come back here though.
