Vacation rentals with a patio in Mid Sussex District

Daniel is a great host. He was very responsive and made sure that my stay was comfortable. Daniel's place is comfortable, cozy, super clean with updated appliances. it is very close to a train station and there is a Tesco right next door. I look forward to staying there again.

great property ideal for our work over in Shepperton, only 20min commute, good accouple of pubs and restaurant near by, secure parking for a work vehicle and easy to keep a eye on it,

Great place to stay for both access and quality. Really good value and lots of nice touches with some fresh milk and cereal and great and easy to follow comms from the host.

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

Rebecca and Scott were fantastic hosts. Their place was the perfect interim home for 3 weeks whilst we awaited getting our new house and have found it hard to say goodbye when we had to leave. They were so responsive and helpful for any questions we had during our long stay and we would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful location in Shere with so many walks on your doorstep! Great place

Really lovely flat in great location, very clean and cosy. Zoe was excellent with communication and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be returning. The flat has everything you need and is lovely and quiet whilst being a stones throw away from the sea front and main pier. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We loved Jo’s place! Cosy, quiet, calm, relaxing and with such a beautiful vibe. Beds are comfy with quality bed linen, kitchen well-equipped, bathroom clean and spacey, sofas in the living room dreamy with a book and cup of tea after a day out in Brighton. Jo made us feel so welcome, she even arranged a small Christmas tree (as we stayed over Christmas). Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bothy. The space was extremely large and exceptional value, with full amenities and very well stocked. We really appreciated the little snacks, milk and body washes provided for us. Alison was the friendliest host, super responsive and very helpful if we ever had a query. Check-in was smooth and easy. The bed was very warm and comfortable. We had a lovely cycle along the Forest Row trail with the bicycles kindly provided for us. We also highly recommend popping to the Pooh Corner tea room for some lovely scones and a hot drink. We loved staying here and would come again! Thank you Alison for your hospitality x

SUPERB! From start to finish our break was truly wonderful. Rob as a host was proactive and very supportive at all times, couldn’t ask for better, we can say one of the best! The apartment was well positioned, extremely clean and generously equipped. (everything worked!😃) Also, there was a welcome hamper with some treats and a bottle of wine, lovely touch!😃 For the four days we were there, we were warm and comfortable, it soon felt like home. We loved walking our dog to the beach every day, which is only a stone’s throw away. We fully recommend ‘Goldeneye’ and all it has to offer, we will definitely return. Thank you so much Rob! ☺️

We spent 2 nights in Jess’s apartment and it was wonderful. Conveniently located a short walk from Brighton station with easy access to all Brighton has to offer and lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment is cosy, clean and quiet and a lovely warm space to relax in after a busy day out. Jess made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away and we will definitely book again.

Staying at David's place was so easy with lots of hi quality amenities . What stood out for us was how comfortable the beds are. My wife slept better than she has for ages.

We needed a temporary home for a month while we were in between places and Nicky’s was just the place! Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable bed - a perfect stay! Nicky helped with everything we needed and was so responsive. Was sparkling clean and we felt right at home and the outside patio is a real bonus! Would recommend

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

We loved our stay, such a brill spot very close to the beach and short walk to the shops and restaurants. Very nice apartment with lots of space for the four of us. 😊
