Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mid Sussex District

I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

We had a lovely stay, we were a group of old friends and needed a place we could sit comfortably and chat and catch up. The house was a very social space and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had great showers and plenty of hot water. Lovely hot tub too! Friendly helpful hosts and couldn’t find a thing to complain about. I would recommend without any hesitation.

We booked the gorgeous coach house for a week at Christmas for 9 adults and 5 small children including 2 very new babies. Shawn was an incredible host and made everyone’s lives so much easier by providing cots and high chairs for the little ones. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook up a storm, including Christmas dinner, with the facilities. With top local knowledge and great pub suggestions we were able to create a lovely itinerary with a mixture of relaxing in the very comfortable house and also getting out and about in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. On our last night we had a medical emergency and Shawn and Tom’s response to help us was quick, effective and compassionate, really taking the stress out of the situation. We would highly recommend Shawn’s Air Bnb. We only wish we could come back in summer to get some use out of the wood fired hot tub and pool! Thanks to Shawn and Tom!

Our family had a fantastic stay. The cottage was lovely and homely. Sue had toys and activities in the house and garden for the kids. The hot tub was a bonus and great for relaxing. There is a nice small park near by for the kids, and its only a short walk to lancing beach, train station and brooklands park and lake. Local cafes and pubs and shops in walking distance. Regular trains from lancing to Brighton for a day out. Overall we had a great week at Sue's with lots of opportunities for walks and days out. The cottage was a great place to relax for all the family.

Wendy-Jane was an exceptional host, her home was beautiful and very cozy, with a gorgeous and very friendly cat. We loved the surroundings and the scenery. Wendy had a stunning selection of books on her shelves and CDs in her collection. The home was perfect for us, and we would love to return. The hot tub is an great addition and it was lovely to chill out in at the end of the day. There's lots to do in the surrounding area with a very charming in right opposite the house and another pub down the road with an abadondoned castle next door. And a short drive from both Hastings and Eastbourne made for a perfect weekend get away!!

What a lovely holiday home. Had a fantastic time and our hosts were the loveliest. Will definitely be coming back for a longer stay. The home is finished to a very high standard with lots of nice touches that made the stay that extra special.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful lakeside cabin, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful surroundings and the stunning view of the lake. The cabin itself was immaculately presented, with tasteful decor that created a cosy yet stylish atmosphere. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot tub, which was perfectly positioned to take in the serene lake views. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee on the deck or unwinding in the evening under the stars, it added such a special touch to the stay. The cabin was also well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway!

Staying at Lynley’s place was everything I thought it would be and so much more. Clear instructions to get in a was responsive throughout our stay. From the moment I arrived it felt so peaceful and relaxing, being at one with nature and the surrounding woodland. The outdoor bath was a perfect addition and one of the main reasons I booked in the first place. Inside the space was immaculate, cosy and modern with nice touches to make you feel right at home. Plenty of local walks and a great pub, King William 1V especially worth a mention. All in all the perfect weekend getaway. Highly recommended Airbnb experience!

We stayed at Chestnut Meadow for a weekend away with friends and our young children. We had a wonderful time. The lodge was spotless and had everything we could need. Perfect layout and felt really roomy. The hot tub was a brilliant addition and had a chance to relax and take in the peaceful countryside. The hosts were brilliant and responded quickly to queries. We already planned to return and hope to make it an annual visit. Thank you so much for having us!

Good location, the checkin and checkout was easy. The property was clean and felt cosy on arrival, especially considering it was wintery. Bigger size than usual lodges, and the hot tub was well maintained. Kitchen had most necessary utensils, and lots of options to get groceries from within a couple of miles drive.

A really delightful place to relax. Keith was fab. Place was wonderful. Robes for Us both and sliders to get up to the amazing hot tub. Good pub round the corner and most especially the breakfast was brought to the door and was utterly fab. Thanks Keith. Lovely all around.

We had a great stay at Tony's place. The cabin was lovely, it felt very private, was really comfortable and everything you need. The hosts were really helpful and communcative. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a fabulous time at Mandy's property to celebrate our anniversary for the weekend. Mandy gave us lots of information and was really friendly and helpful when we had any questions. It was very cold when we went in February so it took a bit of time to heat up the cabin and hot tub, but once we were sorted it was amazing. The views were beautiful and the hottub was such a treat.

Brilliant staycation! Couldn't ask for anything more (aside from reliable british weather:p ) Cant wait to visit again!
