A very comfortable and convenient place to stay during my beach vacation! It’s a less than 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, plenty of restaurant and bar options.

All of my friends said "you picked the best AirBnB"! This is a pretty accurate description of the property and our stay. I would highly suggest this property for a large group and to rent the entire property. The 4 separate apartments offer privacy to each guest and allows for socializing and fun within the property. The beds were very comfortable, check-in was very smooth, and the location is perfect (Midtown/Wynwood).

Very good host. We have stayed in a couple houses by this host and they are always available when needed. The houses are clean neat and organized. Highly recommend staying with them. We will be back.

I felt very comfortable at Crystal's place. Your place was always clean and so was the room. I always slept well! And in general, Crystal is such a nice person. I felt very comfortable. This was definitely the most stunning family fun oasis weve been to in awhile! we had so much fun and enjoyed everything the house had to offer. the host was very friend and super accommodating. The layout was perfect for both relaxing and playing. Great memories made here, thank you Sammy!

We were really happy with the apartment rented by Viki, bright and spacious, super comfortable bed, clean and functional, the area is very quiet and silent, very close to restaurants and shops, and 10 minutes from the beach. Viki was friendly and always ready to give us information, very professional and attentive to our requests! I would say the best Host we have found so far.

This was a nice, well kept, comfortable place to stay in South Beach. It was on a quiet residential street but close to restaurants, parks, beach etc. It was as described. Viki was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Family and I came from New York to escape the cold weather for a much needed vacation and this couldn’t have been more perfect for us! So clean, the view was amazing! Really loved how easy it was to get to the beach. Also, the bedsheets were so soft! 😍 if we come back to visit will definitely stay here.

We just spent 3 weeks in wonderful warm Miami at this property. The location is perfect and you can walk to everything. The view is beautiful and the condo was clean and well appointed. They provided coffee, trash bags, washing machine and dishwasher pods, cotton wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They also provided housekeeping mid stay since we were there for a while. The pool, workout classes, and spa that are available with the connected W hotel are wonderful perks. Waking every morning to the beautiful view of the river and bay was heaven. There are wonderful walking paths around the water and across to Brickell Key right outside the building. Rod and team were great and quick to respond with clear direction or solutions if needed. We arrived before check-in and they helped us store our luggage so that we could explore and have lunch. Highly recommend this property.
