Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

The apartment is good and clean, there is security, I liked it. Free parkings around the house!

My vacation was excellent at André’s-Pierre apartments. The host was very hospitable and communicative—he picked me up from the airport and took me to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Monaco and the sea. Huge thanks to André-Pierre for all the help and hospitality! This is a roomy, top floor apartment with a real 180 degree view of Nice. It’s fantastic. It’s not in the touristy bit of the city. But a terrific neighborhood. Directly above a Carrefour grocery store and down the block from two superb bakeries. Five minute walk to the train station and main shopping street. Super close to Alliance Francais if you’re a language student. Great place. Merci Benoit!

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

This apartment was the perfect place to stay during my time in Cannes. It was well situated but a little removed from all the hustle and bustle. I loved waking up in the mornings, sitting on the balcony, and watching the boats in the bay. Communication was easy, and the apartment was easy to find.

Very well located apartment near the train station and the city center. The apartment perfectly matched the description on site. Small but very well arranged apartment with new furniture and in a state of impeccable cleanliness. I recommend this rental for those who want to walk to the city center and the old nice.

Amazing place to stay in a wonderful place. Great value for money. The only thing to note is that the walls are thin and you can hear them when the neighbor arrives or they're talking. But I'm not complaining because it didn't bother us and the wonderful stay made up for us. Thanks for having us!

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

This apartment in Juan Les Pins is very well located, a few minutes from the beach and with many restaurants nearby. A 10-minute walk from the train station, it's a great place not only to enjoy the atmosphere and beauty of Juan Les Pins and Antibes but also other cities on the French Riviera like Cannes and Cap d 'Ail. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and very well secured. We were welcomed by Yaël, a charming host who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Everything was very positive.

Loved this place. The seaside deck chairs, pools, restaurants were all so lovely. Ideal for kids too.

Had a great visit. I was very well received by Alizé's mother but communication was very easy with Alizé as well. She is responsive and accommodating. The place is spotless, 100% matches the photos and description. We felt good there, the bedding is impeccable. I totally recommend it and will be happy to come back. Thanks!

Had a great time in this beautiful penthouse. Our hosts, Nathalie and Xavier, were very welcoming, kind and caring. The accommodation is impeccably clean, carefully decorated and perfectly equipped. It also has splendid views. We had a very pleasant family stay and will be happy to go back.

What a pleasure to be hosted by Pascal and Valerie who welcome you with open arms with excellent homemade jam! The house is very nice, the garden also with the pétanque court, the background noise passes after this breathtaking view.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Maison Mimosa. Spread over several levels, the house had ample space for us all, was charmingly furnished, and had all important beach towels for beach trips (so many beach AirBnBs don’t). As keen cooks, we were delighted to find the house also had a decent amount of kitchen equipment. The location - in the middle of Old Antibes, very close to the local bus station and a 10-15 minute walk from the railway station - was unbeatable. Anna was an incredibly responsive host, checking in with us during our stay, and offering local insights. We would be very happy to stay with Anna again when next in Antibes - thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a lovely stay at Sabine’s beautiful place. The apartment is so stylish and well-equipped, and the sweet garden was perfect for sitting and chilling in the afternoon sun. We have just returned after spending two wonderful weeks at the villa. The villa layout is perfect well equipped, with everything you need and much more. The location is stunning, incredible views and peaceful. St Paul de Vence and Tourette du loup are a must to visit. Floortje and Edgar were so welcoming, friendly and recommended places to visit, which were tailored to our requests and interests (three generations including a child) - wonderful hosts. Floortje was so accommodating of our early departure time - thank you. We will most definitely be back to stay again - wonderful memories for us all.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Beautiful place and lovely host. Judith was a great host, she was very accommodating and even let us check in early so we could make use of the pool on a sunny day! Judith doesn’t speak English but uses Google translate to communicate which we didn’t mind at all! The accommodation itself was extremely clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pool and the views were the best part. Very secluded and peaceful area. I would recommend renting a car as it’s away from the centre and Ubers are not as easy to get. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would recommend. Thank you Judith for a great week!
