Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mendocino

Place was great! We loved the pac n play so our son could sleep and we didn’t have to bring one on the plane.

We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? The privacy, home design, and layout of the property were exceptional. A rainy weekend by any fireplace is special, here it was spectacular. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Adrian has beautifully appointed the interior. My stay was intentionally quiet and cozy but the style of the house had me wishing I was entertaining many friends. Frank Lloyd Wright would be proud.

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. Home was so private and serene. Being in the redwood trees was really magical. Very comfortable home with all the amenities you would need. Also close to the beach and to the small town. Had a wonderful stay and really looking forward to coming back soon.

A beautiful location with amazing views of the coast and sunsets. You can walk to the beach or a 10 min drive to Bodega Bay. Very convenient. The house is modern and easy to live in for a few days. We will return for another visit!

This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting. The beds were very comfy, and having the jacuzzi on the deck was a real pleasure. There was lots of construction going on in the street, so it was a little noisy, but otherwise a great stay.

Such a good few days - we could escape from everything by staying in what is almost a resort while so easy to get to so many great wine destinations - we have a 5, 17 and 19 year old and all three where more than well occupied and loved the space. Will definitely return when we can...

Airy artsy cabin in woods, perfect locale for a ladies weekend. Large windows make it feel like your one with the outside world. Close to all the beauty and cuteness that the Russian river valley has to offer.

We decided to do something a little different this Easter break. We've never been to Clearlake, but heard fishing was good, but never could've imagined a fishing experience like this. First off, the home was perfect, inside was so open, the view of the lake looking out from living room is a sight to see. Upon arrival, before all was unpacked my youngest Son grabbed his rod and went directly to the back dock, as I did the same. He caught a 7lb 13oz large mouth bass, the video I took is priceless of him fighting it to the boat ramp. Next day while while out on the dock fishing catching crappie, and some smaller bass, I hooked onto a 7lb 4oz large mouth. The highlight of our family trip was having us all out on the dock fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking, and being able to keep our boat on the dock for immediate access. My highlight was getting woken up by my wife, and daughter, heading out to the dock to fish at 6:30 am without getting us boys up. My family thanks you Aasif!

The house is truly stunning. We were in awe when we drove up initially. The epic views and scenery were matched by the thoughtful and lovely interior. We were a short drive from town but felt like we were on another planet, in the best way. Short drive to a number of excellent wineries as well. We were so sad to leave!

The grounds are spectacular and Heather is an awesome host! I have adult children and everyone appreciated their own space but having a main area to also hang out together. This a I hidden haven and just what our busy family needed. I also worked remotely and internet was good.

Shane and Craig’s home is truly a phenomenal oasis in the middle of the redwoods. The multi-level property offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest while also offering every amenity (highly functional and well-designed kitchen, homey living space, two separate sleeping areas, hot tub and lounge chairs with views of the surrounding forest) one would need for a restful vacation. The town of Guerneville is only 5 minutes away with access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, wine tasting rooms, and the Russian River. Highly recommend as a couples’ getaway or family/friends’ trip.

Truly lovely home. High recommend. We had a group of 3 which I feel is a perfect number given the layout. Very stylish and enjoyable to hang out in!

Beautiful cabin with ocean view nestled in the woods along PCH. Very cozy and clean cabin, beautiful views and amazing outdoor area. We loved our weekend escape up here and would definitely go back!

Ryan & James place is a real gem. We had such a special, peaceful stay and enjoyed all the amenities, views and nearby hiking and beaches. You can hear the sound of the ocean waves from the beautiful deck. It was everything we wanted for our little romantic getaway. Thank you for sharing with us!

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, clean, dog friendly and comfortable. We had a great time and can’t wait to stay there again!

The house was perfect getaway for a relaxing spring break with my two tween kids and dog. It's definitely a place you want to cozy up in and read a book when it rains. It was decorated beautifully. The master bedroom was great, best night sleep and the little hidden loft was great for my kids. Did not miss having a TV, loved the record player and it offered us time to disconnect and play a lot of board games. However, wifi was strong when the kids did want to play/watch things on their tablets. Scenery around the house is stunning and it's close by the Sea Ranch Lodge if we wanted to go out for breakfast or dinner. Not too far from Stewarts Point General Store as well which was a cute spot. My kids loved the place so much they asked if we could move there!
