Wow is the only word that can describe this experience. Since self check-in, I felt like I was in an oasis. This place is amazing. I had the quietest and most relaxing stay in Tuscany, nice place to stay for at least a week, to enjoy the whole around, very clean house in every detail is very well cared for. We have already booked another stay .

Cortona is enchanting, a very evocative and unique place and Simone's apartment is perfectly inserted in this context. The entire structure, furnishings and details are in perfect harmony with the city, its history and traditions. The house is really beautiful, cozy and very functional, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the ancient buildings of Cortona. There's nothing really missing in the house. Simone is also super helpful, friendly, handy. Ready to give suggestions, tips, and help of all kinds. We had a really good time. Experience to repeat!

We stayed at Stefano's place for a month from mid January. Cortona is a historic and scenic town from which to explore Tuscany and Umbria. The apartment was warm and homely. There is a local baker, butcher and grocer close by. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and a pizzaria in the surrounding streets. Stefano was a very helpful and friendly host.
