Do so with a full stove/microwave and all the cookware you'll need! Price is low compared to others with this view and amenities! Loved, loved, loved!!

This rental was as expected from ease of checkin and met expectations. The host was very proactive with resolving any issues and was eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The unit was very spacious and had all the requirements for an extended stay. Many thanks to Somer and Shawn for immediately fixing s couple of small issues that we had. Our stay was for one month and we were very comfortable for the duration of our stay. From golfing to beach activities and restaurants this location provides accessibility to anything you would like to do. Many thanks to the host and staff for a very enjoyable and memorable stay. 😀

We enjoyed our month stay. Place was clean and in a great location, walking distance to historic Melbourne. Our golden doodle loved the fenced in yard, as did we. Loved sitting in the backyard, shade for me and sun for my husband. We would stay again.
