The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

I had a really great stay at Villa Sare. I spent 3 nights in Sare 5 (this listing) and 2 nights in Sare 3. First of all, the view from Sare 5 is unbeatable. It’s like looking at an ocean of paddy fields outside your window / from the patio. The villa is located in a village so the location is not so convenient if you’re looking to get around. However, it’s the perfect location if you just want to rest or have a digital detox, away from the hustle & bustle of the city. They also provide traditional Javanese breakfast, and there are some restaurants/cafes within walking distance. The only downside was the construction works next door during my stay, so there are noises from 8 to 5 from Mon-Sat. If you’re a light sleeper, you may also be wakened up by the calling of prayers from nearby mosques. Other than those hours, it’s extremely peaceful to hear the nature sounds and wind blowing. On a separate note, I also enjoyed my stay at Sare 3 which I found more homey and has softer bed.

Very responsive and friendly host, unexpectedly there was a power outage in the neighborhood, with the owner delivering candles for temporary lighting. Comfortable place, clean, tidy, fit for 8 people with affordable price. For access it was a little difficult even using maps, but the owner of the stand by directing made it easier to get to the location. At the time of the stay it was only a few months so that a comfort for us can experience a new residence. Thank you. Highly recommended.
