What a beautiful place to stay, stunning views!! You could hear yourself breathe, felt so fresh! Felt cozy and comfortable and the nature around us what soo beautiful! Wanda is such a lovely host! This is the perfect, peaceful and private paradise in the near north area. The house was absolutely perfect, comfortable, everything was in its place, easy to use, and just as described, actually it was better! The beds were unbelievable, comfortable well dressed with perfect linens and crisp, white sheets, and towels. We brought labradoodle who was very at home, and welcomed without conditions. Upon arrival, there was a beautiful bottle of wine and a thank you card. We are so grateful for this incredible stay, and cannot wait to go back! The hosts were amazing, thoughtful, and although easy to reach, left us to ourselves to enjoy their beautiful home.

Beautiful basement apartment. Spacious. Very clean and tidy. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Bed was medium to firm and very comfortable. Mandy was quick to respond. They control the heat and very quick to increase it when we were there. Quiet neighborhood and house. Price is good and worth the beautiful space.

Me and my wife stayed at Kate's AirBNB for the Thanksgiving weekend. It was an amazing experience, comfy and cozy for us. We also enjoyed cooking our meals in the bbq grill plus attractions in that area. Kate and Jason were helpful and responsive. We will surely miss this place!!!
