This place is in a great location, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Parking is right in front of the door, which is very convenient. The interior is clean and well organized, you can see that the owner paid great attention to detail. The hospitality was impeccable: everything was taken care of with care and care. A really pleasant stay, I highly recommend it!

Spacious accommodation, very well located, close to the train station on foot (about 15 minutes), on the edge of the old center of this beautiful and gripping city of Matera, and having everything you need to cook...here no dishes and Ikea decoration...but an original and personal decoration. How nice it is to be received by a welcoming, friendly host, in love with his city, who knows how to share it... and not by a lockbox!

We had a fantastic stay at Patrizia's apartment. It was clean and bright, the views from the terraces are incredible! Patrizia is a wonderful host with many local recommendations and she was always available and helpful with communication. I hope we have the opportunity to stay with her again.

warm welcome by Raf's mamma, safe car in a parking lot 10 m away, everything is done on foot, the sassis, the new city, the lights at sunset and dawn are magical leaks. and warm departure also by Raf, with a kind surprise..... if I come back, it will be here, if friends have to visit Matera, I force them to come there too.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Leo! exceptional and prepared person, who gives you detailed tips to introduce you to the area and make your stay pleasant. The house is very large and comfortable , two large bedrooms a bathroom with maxi shower, a living room with dining room and TV reading i still have a great kitchen that is very endowed with everything inot some balconies overlooking the square of the condominium parking, which was always available at any time you arrived. In the village of Santeramo there are restaurants, pizzerias and various shops and markets of various kinds, centrally located to reach Matera, Altamura, Gravina, Alberobello, Castellana grotte and 60 Bari, Taranto, Polignano, Trani , all charming places to visit in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended an experience that should definitely be repeated in the future. A special thank you to Leo magnificent person and great musician!

L'angolo sul Parco Suite is an excellent base to explore Matera. The location is close to shops and has easy access to walk to the Sassi. The private parking is spacious. The host made sure it was easy for us to get in and out of the parking area. The kitchen and bathroom are outstanding. The apartment has a lot of space for sitting and lounging with separate dining and living room spaces. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with the essential appliances, plus a dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of dinnerware, utensils and pots and pans to use. Vincenza was very proactive and helpful. His introduction as to where and how to explore Matera was golden! The amenities he provided in his space were spot on for any travelling needs and for long stay as well. We had a fantastic stay in Matera and we thank him for it.

Wonderfully responsive host with lots of recommendations of places to eat. Great location 5 minute walk to pick up tour for the Olive orchards. Very clean.

Nice apartment in the center of Altamura, built around the concept of sharing and recycling. The pictures are accurate and we found the apartment was cleaned just before we arrived. Marcello is a very helpful host and was very flexible in letting us check in a few hours earlier. He also texted us every day to make sure everything was good. Recommended if you are looking for a cozy place in the heart of Altamura with a creative atmosphere. All the best Marcello - we'll be back for sure if we are in Altamura.

This exceptional Airbnb exceeded our already very high expectations. Impressive design high quality finishings from materials through to linens made this stay very memorable. The host is very quick to respond.

Had a great experience at this Air B&B! Mikaela answered every question we had with a quickness! The view was unbelievable and had complete peace. She had a binder with great recommendations for food, sights, transportation etc. Definitely recommending to everyone that I know visiting West Ireland.

It was truly the best accommodation! Just a one-minute walk from the beautiful Duomo Cathedral, we got to enjoy breathtaking sunsets every day, and the night view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The place had everything we needed and was impeccably clean. Among all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this one offered the most complimentary amenities—having a fully stocked fridge upon arrival was such a pleasant surprise! The freshly delivered bread every morning was delicious, and our receptionist, Lily, was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the whole process. Matera is such a beautiful city that I’d love to visit again, and if I do, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

Everything was as stated. Really perfect location, in a few minutes in the old town or Sassi! Would book again and can honestly recommend it!
