Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Elena could not have been better to us. Her listing, directions and the cleanliness of the apartment were right on point. Everything is there for you while in the walls of Lucca. The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

I spent about 20 days in this apartment in Banditella, Livorno, and the experience was fantastic. The location is perfect, a short walk to the sea, ideal for those looking for relaxation and comfort. The apartment is cozy and well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Federica, the owner, proved to be extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to provide support and respond to any need. I highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet and pleasant vacation!

Stayed as a family of 2 couples and a young baby. Host was great with communication and greeted us on arrival. The apartment was very clean and modern and had good amenities. Excellent location, unfortunately one noisy bar downstairs but closed by midnight, would stay here again

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

We are 2 couples from Australia and we don’t want to tell you how much we loved this place in case it’s not available for us to book again! Everything about Lorenzo’s place was perfect. The rain had caused a few problems but it was all sorted v. quickly. His instructions to arrive via Google Maps worked v. well. We felt like we were truely at home in a luxury hotel. The fireplace was fun - outdoor bbq great -beds so comfortable- showers lovely. Just note:- one bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen for 2wks. The restaurants in San Miniato however are fabulous especially our favourite bar Ethan’s. It’s a 10 minute easy walk into the old centre. We enjoyed an amazing Farm-cooking experience at Francesco’s place - ask Lorenzo about it.

We were very happy at our stay at this wonderful little house. Very peaceful and the hosts were more than amazing.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

When we arrived, we found that the pool was shared. This should have been clarified before booking. That said, everything else was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. Carla was very nice. We had a wonderful time.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! We recommend "1000 times" this property to spend a very nice Tuscan holiday in Viareggio!! See you very soon Gianmarco (Super Luigi)
