Monthly Rentals in Massac County

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Little things like motion sensor lights outside were greatly appreciated when walking our fur babies at night, pet deodorizing wipes, and covers for the couch if they sat with us. The record player and album collection was a nice surprise that we enjoyed. The gigantic claw foot tub and epsom salts were perfect since it was cold outside when we were there. We were surprised by how close we were to the train tracks when we heard a train sounding its horn as it passed through the neighborhood, but once we heard it, it was no big deal when we heard it again. A train only came through a few times when we were there. The place was toasty warm when we arrived which was very nice since it was very cold outside. We appreciated how much room we had to spread out. We felt at home during our stay. We will stay here again on our next trip to the area.

As always my experience at this property was nothing short of phenomenal. The location is quite honestly overkill for my needs, but the price couldn't be beat and it was available when I needed it. It's unfortunate it was so cold outside or i would have certainly taken advantage of the back yard firepit. The fireplaces inside certainly made up for it. The place was fully stocked as promised. This includes the kitchen which I simply don't have the words to describe. I frequently have to stay in Paducah for work and this place is definitely at the top of my list of places to stay.

Amy’s place was incredibly well stocked, more so than any other Airbb I’ve experienced. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt immediately at home. I highly recommend Amy’s place.

Loved my stay! It was close to all the hospitals I worked at, and all the awesome food around! The space was super cute and private! I’d love to stay here again when I’m back in town
