Natasha was an amazing host. She was friendly, proactive and responsive when we needed something or had a question, but she was otherwise invisible and left the place completely ours so we could have our own experience. The place itself is perfect - connected to the water, stocked with toys and kayaks, and other fun stuff. It also comes with all the essentials for making yourself at home - outside and in. There's enough sleeping and living space for two people to fit two people comfortably, and the outdoor kitchen and seating area makes the entire place feel perfectly sized, part of the outdoor experience and also cozy inside. It was perfect, and Natasha helped make it that way. Can't wait to go back!

The studio apt is great. Beautifully done and very thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The apt is.not big, but was more than enough. Brand new kitchen, spotless bathroom. The outdoors space, that has a dining table where I worked most days, and a cafe table, and chairs creates an outdoor living room, I loved it. Its location makes it very private, but just blocks away from just about everything. Walkable, bike able. Really amazing location. Alan is a great host. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a month. The place was well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked awesome. The pool and gym were a great amenity. Having a gated community made us feel safe. Parking was parallel along the street. Having our full size truck was the hardest thing. We communicated a few times with the host. Everything was easy. Great stay.

Very well, equipped and generously stocked. David is an excellent host! Plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay here again!.
