Monthly Rentals in Marla Bay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It had the charm of a large rustic cabin with historic touches, and was very well-appointed and impeccably clean. The highlight was the large deck with expansive views of Lake Tahoe and the snowcapped mountains—absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The layout was perfect, with rooms offering privacy for each couple, allowing us to stay connected while having our own retreat when needed. The location was ideal, offering plenty of space to be together and also providing quiet downtime. It's also just minutes from State-Line, South Lake Tahoe, and Heavenly Resort, with Emerald Bay and Sand Harbor only a 30-minute drive away. A note for future guests at the time of this writing in April 2025: the property doesn’t have direct beach access (due to a breaker wall being installed), but it’s a short walk past a few homes to get there. Overall, an amazing experience in a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

Nice unit with all necessary essentials included. The location is awesome because you can walk to the beach and casinos and drive to the mountain parking lots in a few minute. I would definitely stay again!

This is a quality rental with attention to kitchen appliances & utensils, matching cups & plates, excellent towels & bedding, etc. The location is wonderful considering its backyard is surrounded by tall pines and the famous Nevada Beach is a very short drive away. We would readily rent this place again next September for another month. Plus the hosts are highly conscientious and communicative.
