A hidden gem in Rome. The flat is located in a truly authentic Roman district, surrounded by excellent local restaurants and pizzerias. At the same time, it's within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The host was friendly and gave great recommendations for places to visit. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay in Rome! Luca was incredibly kind, proactive, and responsive — always quick to reply and very flexible. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He even sent great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Rome — we were able to walk to all the major attractions, and there was always something happening nearby, yet it was quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. Highly recommended!

Nearby to the Metro Station, a lot of stores nearby, responsive host with a lot of recommendation.

The bed is comfortable and location is an easy walk to Piazza Navona. For the hot water heater, make sure to turn on with a couple hours to heat the water for showers. The key is an older door lock, so turn it a couple times for the bolt to unlock. Watch the instructional video for access too.

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).

Great, large and clean apartment. The metro station is very close and from there you can go anywhere. Andrea is super helpful.

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.

Alessandro and his wife are two young, very nice, and very helpful people. The apartment is located in a condominium surrounded by gardens, very well-kept and super clean walkways, equipped with all comforts, as indicated in the proposal, welcoming, and it's like feeling at home. During the stay we made a request and with kindness, and speed, it was resolved, demonstrating, if necessary, care and attention to people. In conclusion, we were welcomed and treated with education, familiarity and courtesy, in a nutshell, very well. We highly recommend everyone to take advantage of this apartment for a stay in Rome. I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

Friendly and kind Perfect and clean home

The apartment is really beautiful, exactly as in the photos: modern, clean and equipped with every comfort, but the real highlight is definitely the private jacuzzi on the terrace. Relaxing there at sunset was simply magical! The location in Velletri is great for those who want to visit Rome but prefer a little tranquility. A special thank you goes to Claudio, the host, who was very kind and always available. He helped me in every moment of the stay, with attention and cordiality. It's rare to find someone so present and caring: you can see that they really care about the well-being of their guests. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live a relaxing, romantic and carefree experience. I'll definitely be back!

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

We got great instructions for check-in, complete with detailed photos. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, but they sent two guys over in 20 minutes and it was fixed and worked fine from then on. Parking for cars is very difficult (as in all of Italy!), but there were plenty of spaces at the metro station a short walk away. The close metro station makes it easy to get into the center of Rome (but watch out for pickpockets, my wallet was taken while on a crowded train!).

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Marks home was in an amazing location, lots of great places for food, gelato and spritz just a block away! His place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would stay again.
