The apartment has a unique, great location. Despite rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the sea from the room. Communications with the host was easy and quick. The apartment was very nice and clean. Only small downside: the bed is small and not the most comfortable. But the location easily makes up for this. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back.

This apartment is what you need if you want to feel the classic Rome apt. No digital key so you will need the ordinary key to get in to the unit. This would not be a problem if you always go together with another guests. You have everything you need. It’s so close to the bus stops, 5 minutes to metro, and 1 minute to carrefour express which was open for 24 h. If you want to cook yourself the kitchen utensils was complete. There was a washing machine and you don’t need to worry where to hang your laundry as there will be enough space in the first bath room (we called it laundry room). Frederico was very nice and he even let me to check in early. I would really recommend this apt.

Jochen’s flat was fantastic, and he was the perfect host. He met us at the Piazza even though it was already quite late, and gave us a bunch of recommendations for the neighbourhood. The flat was great, and the location was perfect, would come back in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Great appartment, very clean, amazing location (20-minute walk to all main sights in Rome). Luca was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to leave our suitcases in the appartment on the day we checked out. Will definitely recommend !

First of all, Celeste is very nice and responsive! The location is amazing, good restaurants in the area, beautiful galleries, shops and very central or only walking distance from most of must-see attractions in Rome. In the apartment you can find everything you need and more, great facilities, clean and cozy. We had amazing an time and very glad we chose Celestes apartment ❤️☺️

Francesco's place is even better than what you see in the photos. It is very spacious, the two bathrooms are appreciated if they are a family of 5 like us, everything was easy to understand and also the additional breakfast in the coffee across the street made this a wonderful experience. In addition, he always responded very quickly to any inquiries I made and he gave me suggestions that I had in mind. The location is unbeatable, I just took the metro to get there and to go for the luggage, and to get to the Colosseum soon. I definitely recommend it and I would repeat it!

We came to Rome to eat and explore and this flat was the perfect base. Walking distance to most major attractions and surrounded by excellent places to eat! The hosts provide you with some brilliant recommendations for local restaurants. The flat is also around the corner from a place called Trapizzino, that we would advise you visit at least once! Trastevere is a beautiful and vibrant neighbourhood with a bustling nightlife, but as soon as you close the door to the 2nd floor flat, you can't hear the street below. The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but otherwise everything was very comfortable. A great kitchen with nespresso style coffee machine, spacious bathroom with an additional ensuite toilet and the highlight...a private, sunlit balcony! Simona and Gianluca are quick to respond with anything you might need and organised an airport transfer for our return. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Bella Roma.

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

Alessandro and his wife are two young people, very nice, and very helpful. The apartment is located in an apartment building surrounded by gardens, very well-kept and super clean paths, equipped with all the comforts, as indicated in the proposal , cozy, and it is like feeling at home. During the stay we made a request and with kindness, and speed, it was resolved, demonstrating, if needed, a care and attention to people. In conclusion, we were welcomed and treated with politeness, familiarity and courtesy, in a few words, very well. We highly recommend everyone to be able to use this apartment for a stay in Rome. we only stayed one day, but if I had to go back to Velletri I would stay with him again. The cozy and clean house and the hot tub on the terrace is fantastic.

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, an absolute design gem. It also offers lots of space and all amenities. Perfect, especially with children. The children's room contains many beautiful toys and books are and one of the most beautiful children's museums (Explora) is close by.

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
