Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marin County

Overall we loved the space. Location is fabulous! There are so many choices for food and destinations in the area. The unit is spacious for a studio. The bath and shower are full size but the bathroom sink is a bit small. There is a large mirror just outside the bathroom that worked well as a substitute for the small bathroom mirror. Kitchen area is ample and a great dining area to eat awesome take out! The flat screen tv is huge, although we didn’t turn it on. Comfortable bedding and fluffy towels. Plenty of paper goods. We were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in this area!

We enjoyed the apartment and found the location to be great for visiting different parts of Point Reyes National Seashore and getting in to Point Reyes Station to eat out. It was clean, quiet, as described and was perfect for our needs (two adults). If you're coming is summer and like to sleep in, bring an eye mask because there are no window coverings. The kitchen was great but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, note that the fridge is small and you'll need to bring all the little staples like oil and spices. There is everything you need for full cooking and a dishwasher so it's perfect if you like to prepare your own meals and plan accordingly. Great place and recommended.

I rented this for family from Australia coming to town. They stayed there and were in love with the place. It was a gorgeous and a unique to them accommodation (floating home) as well as private and quiet. It was easy to arrange with Chris/Gretchen. They allowed special arrangements. We left a Welcome Basket so it was waiting for our family upon arrival. That was a simple but lovely touch.

Nice place. Very kid friendly. Comfortable beds and very clean. Would recommend.

Bob’s space is warm & welcoming. All instructions were clear and helpful. Love the attention to making use of the unique spaces. Water pressure & temperature were wonderful, as was the loft mattress/pillows. Beautiful neighborhood! 🌲

First time staying in a houseboat and it was absolutely beautiful for our Valentine’s Day romantic getaway. Loved the private deck and watching the tour seaplane and helicopter nearby take off/land. Bed was very comfy and the studio itself is just very cozy. Only a few minutes from Sausalito and 30 minutes from San Fran, we loved getting around and exploring. Harold was very responsive, allowed us to enjoy the deck as we arrived earlier than planned and provided great instructions for arrival, check in and check out. Highly recommend his place :)

I loved staying at Dawn’s place and hope to be back soon. It is very comfortable, peaceful, quiet, perfectly located, very well decorated, clean, convenient, with beautiful views. Dawn is a great host, replies promptly, very helpful, kind and welcoming. I felt right at home. Thank you Dawn, what a place you have!

Wonderful home, beautifully presented in a private setting. the location is close to everything, highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sonoma.

The place was exactly like the picture showed. The house has lots of space very comfortable. We enjoy so much the playroom and it’s huge. The location of the house was fantastic right in the center of everything. Very well equipped kitchen and the beds was superb. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

We really loved our stay. Our group was one couple, and two families each with one kid under 10 years old. The house is not giant but it is very well laid out and the enclosed patio / court yard in the middle feels like another living space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We almost never cook big meals when we go to an Airbnb but this kitchen looked so nice and well stocked we did cook a big meal on the last night and everything we needed was there. We loved walking to the beach and the restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet. The only very small thing to be aware of is that it’s on a busier road in the sub division and people drive a bit fast down it. So just be careful coming and going. We had no problem with road noise inside. Highly recommend and we hope to come back.

Very tastefully decorated and beautiful place, we really enjoyed our weekend getaway. It was really quiet and serene, which we appreciated. We also took advantage of the sauna and loved it.

We loved our Sonoma stay! Laura’s home was our home away from home. I would highly recommend this home, and the host!

We had a great time at the house and enough activities to relax and be active. There’s a trail nearby that takes you directly to the beach without having to drive. Felt so nice having the beach to ourselves. Would stay here again in the future.

Stay here for the amazing views! We would come back for the panoramic views alone. The main level living and dining area was the place to hang out basking in the sun drenched landscape, eating and playing games on the large dining table that can seat up to 10! The main level master bedroom has a very comfy king bed with plenty of drawer space for your things. The small master bath is updated and clean. There is a second guest bath also on the main level. However the guest bedroom is upstairs adjacent to the loft area that has a trundle bed and desk. So if your guest have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night they have to traps down the hardwood stairs. The guest room has a comfy king bed with closet. There is basement level down stairs as well that has an older hide-a bed couch. The gas fireplace is down at that lower level and the views are amazing are amazing down there as well. Beware though that right next door is a new home construction site in process.

I initially booked this Airbnb for a week but ended up extending for a long stay, which speaks volumes about how wonderful my experience was. Jay and Crystal are incredible hosts—warm, welcoming, and always considerate. They truly make you feel at home. The apartment is beautifully designed, with easy access to common areas like the kitchen, dining room, and sitting room. The room itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and having an in-room fridge was a great convenience. The bed was super comfortable with the softest linens, making every night’s sleep a delight. The house is filled with stunning artwork, and the surrounding area offers breathtaking views and peaceful nature—perfect for relaxation. Overall environment is both cozy and elegant. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! Whether for a short visit or an extended stay, you’ll feel right at home with these kind and generous hosts. I stayed @ Andreas & Steffi’s condo for ~3 weeks November 2024. They were both so responsive & easy to communicate with, & it was important to them that my experience was a good one! I never met them because they were on an extended trip the whole time; but still responsive, even from Europe. It was wonderful having my own en suite bathroom, replete with soap, shampoo, conditioner, & hair dryer. The Q bed was super comfy. There was a pub table with bar stools, and a desk work space. There is a printer, but it’s not wireless if your work requires printing. There is a nice size flat screen TV in your BR, with access to several movie channels, including Prime Video. Larkspur is a fantastic location for access to many beautiful locations. I recommend: Andy’s Local Market (4 mi.) for great food, grocery store, full bar, and gorgeous views of the marina & water. There is a beautiful bike path just a couple miles away, along the water. Take the loop of Hwy 101, that takes you to China Camp.

We loved staying at Gillian’s place. Beautiful unit with great appliances, fixtures and amenities. Well stocked kitchen and spacious living space. I liked the little office nook where I could work, and also the nice multi layered deck. We were within 10-15 of downtown mill valley and there were plenty of food options downtown and close by, including the charming lumber mill development. Very easy check in with clear instructions, great host and lovely place. We have family in Mill Valley and will look to book her place again in the future when we visit them!

A beautiful location and the home has beautiful views. Pete was responsive and worked it out so we could check in early enough to get ready for an afternoon wedding. Excellent selection of family games that we enjoyed. I highly recommend the location and the home!!
